Vincent! The bunny rabbit with no ears! His owner named him after Van Gogh. The owner claims Vincent was born without ears. And don't call his ass a guinea pig, because that shit hurts he's feelings! He's an ear-less bunny, but he's a total hot slut. You hear that, Vincent? YOU ARE A HOT SLUT.

Creamy Rabbit Casserole
2 rabbits, cut into pieces
5 T. butter
1 med. onion, chopped
1 1/2 c. heavy cream
1/3 c. vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. thyme
In a Dutch oven melt 3 T. butter and brown the rabbit pieces. Remove and set aside.
Add remaining 2 T. butter and saute onion until clear. Return rabbit to pan.
Mix remaining ingredients and pour half of this over rabbit. Cover and simmer over very low heat for 1 hr.
Skim off fat and add remaining cream mixture. Heat gently for 10 mins., until sauce thickens.

I don't know if the yellow you see on rabbits' feet is due to pee. I have two rabbits and they take care not to get their feet wet when they pee. but rabbits only have fur on their feet (no paw pads) and the fur is a little different from the fur elsewhere on their bodies. i think the hair just gets stained from generally walking (or hopping) around. my girl bunny (the only one with white feet) is hilarious, she backs up as far as she can and holds herself at the funniest angle to keep any urine from getting on her anywhere. my black bunny has light gray hair on his feet which is fuzzy while the rest of him is smooth.

This IS a rabbit. You can tell by the tinge of yellow on his fur feets. Rabbits always have piss yellow feet, from rabbit piss.

Is this a domestic rabbit or a wild rabbit? You can tell by coloring. Wild rabbits are grayish brown...
We have a saying in the rescue "Letting your rabbit go outside does not make her "Free". It makes her "Food".
Wild rabbits can thrive on the food they find naturally...but a domestic rabbit won't have the instict of what to eat/what not to eat.
