You can exchange info if you trust the person. Just don't post the links here out in the open. We used to have the forum for that. We had the "private message" tool there but now it is not safe. I've heard about peep's forum inbox being hacked. Some peeps got their email account compromised too. I wish I were just a paranoid fucker, alas, I am not.

miffed_33 - I'm not sure what country you're in but melatonin is not available in the UK and I have to order mine from online health food shops. I think thats where you'd be more likely to find it rather than chemists but it may be there too. I'm not sure how much just melatonin will help you though, I'm not sure it does an awful lot for me but my problem is caused by something completely different so it may help you. I've had so many health issues and ailments over the years I'm fully researched in lots of alternative treatments. Omega3 is a wonder supplement I owe a lot of my current well-being to, but it has to be a very good quality one and you need to read up on what dose to take (not for sleeping mind, but its very important for brain development and to possibly prevent onset of things such as Alzheimers. If you don't eat enough oily fish its a must.) One I've just started trying now is manuka honey which is supposed to be great for your immune system, digestive problems, skin diseases/infections when applied topically and many more. Drugs often aren't the answer, nature has some great treatments.
