Open Post: Hosted By Suri's Cabbage Patch Doll
Our fourth open post host is Suri's cabbage patch doll. She'll make a good host, because she'll bitch out if you get out of hand. Trust me. She can speak. And she can bite.
You know, I'm really upset with my 5-year-old self for not being smart enough to keep all my Cabbage Patch dolls in their original boxes. I could have sold that shit on eBay and pursued my dreams of becoming a bar girl in Thailand. Wait. Scratch that. I just looked up some 80s Cabbage Patch dolls on eBay and those things don't sell for shit! Okay, I'm not mad at my 5-year-old self.

I had 4 cabbage patch dolls. One of the original yarn hair ones, a Russian boy, and two of the Cornsilk hair dolls, one with red hair and one with blonde hair. I think thats how I became obsessed with red hair - I just loved that dolls hair. *sigh* I really wish I still had them. I do, however, still have the one my Mom handmade for me. :) I named her Elsa.

Cabbage Patch dolls - my mom refused to get me one because she said they were for girls. I told her I wanted one of the boy dolls, like the boy the commercial. She never caved and bought my little sister THREE. I was such a gay little boy.

I am the first ranter! I had three Cabbage Patch dolls, 2 boys and 1 girl baby. I actually really wanted a girl CP Doll but my mom never got me one because they were always X-mas presents and she always got me boy ones except the Premie, who had NO HAIR to brush or tie back or anything. It was a sad state of affairs I tell you!
