The reason you grind your teeth when consuming MDMA is because it is a chemical that has properties of an amphetamine....The MA in MDMA stands for Methamphetamine....one of the side effects of amphetamines is teeth grinding....any pills that are not pure MDMA are usually cut with caffeine and will increase the teeth grinding. The more you do MDMA the more likely that the unpleasant side effects will increase and the "magic" will dissapear...happened to me.

My hair has actually been behaving better lately. Go figure.
PSL - that's kinda what I used to do, use a cheap shampoo and a more expensive conditioner but Kerastase shampoos (they don't even call them that actually, they call them hair baths) are totally different. They are so gentle on your hair that they don't dry out the ends or strip the oils from the roots making them produce more oil. My hair has never been so low maintenance or easy to manage - if you start using them you'll never go back!
paris herpes - sounds very similar to my skin type. I try to only use organic products on my skin as I'm hyper careful with all that type of stuff having seen several people die very young of cancer. All the chemicals they put in beauty products are totally unnecessary for your skin and do it more harm than good. I use Dr Hauschka products (their daily moisturizing lotion and cleansing lotion when I can afford it to remove make-up), if you order them straight from germany they're cheaper. I used to tone/scrub etc but not any more. Skin doesn't need to be exfoliated and it will aggravate it more than anything. Skin cells shed themselves naturally without the need to scrub. I only exfoliate before fake tanning (St Tropez all the way, the most natural colour by far) and just do it with cleanser and some exfoliating mitts. Scrubs/toners/eye creams/serums only exist for beauty companies to make money selling us things we don't need - its a total con. Another big con is night cream - NEVER use it. Dr Hauschka says moisturizing at night can actually be counterproductive as it stops the skin from breathing. And if your skin doesn't feel dry, don't moisturise at all, its better for it in the long run. The more external moisture you apply to the skin the less it will produce itself thus aging you more rapidly. And all moisturiser does is moisturise i.e. improve the condition/appearance of the skin, it does not stop it aging unless it has spf. Your skin will age better if you don't use it in fact. And I never cleanse my face in the morning I just rinse it with water - your face really doesn't get dirty during your sleep. Skin doesn't need a lot of care, less is always more, the whole skin product nonsense is a complete myth perpetrated by the beauty industry to make money. You'd be better off spending the money on your hair!

I was shocked by her lack of responsibility, sense of entitlement, and (frankly) stupidity. She complains that she doesn't have Scarlett Johanssen's career, but as far as I can tell she is a professional party-girl. LL does not deserve to be successful: she is immature and undisciplined. (I'm not saying that success implies maturity or discipline; I'm just talking about *deserved* success-- which LL seems to think she does.)

Keane, all i use is cold creams once a day to clean out the face gunk and a light moistrezer with SPF (i live in CA so it's needed). The scrubs take out essential stuff in your face, so use it sparingly, i only do that twice a week if I remember too and use a scrub with natural moistrezer so it doesn't dry out your skin. I have a T-combo skin, what do you recommend?

Keane, I agree! KERASTASE products have chnaged my hair. I use a cheaper shampoo, but K conditioners....and if you order straight from Kerastase.com, it is MUCH cheaper than at the beauty supply. Like HALF price.

rotten_egg - shampoo and conditioner are about £14 each a bottle, but I get them online for £11-12. I get a through a shampoo in about 2 months I guess and a conditioner in more like 3+ so its not too bad. I also use a leave-in conditioner called lait nutri-sculpt as I have frizzy, wirey hair and it calms it down. This is about £16, and I buy it for about £13. I've always used expensive conditioners (Tigi etc) but used to still use a cheap shampoo. I would never go back to it though, unfortunately I'll be using kerastase now for life. The difference in the condition of your hair is remarkable and the fact that the shampoo doesn't rip out the natural oils in your hair makes such a difference. I have long hair and it takes me about an hour to wash and dry it so to reduce that from once a day to once every 5 days is a massive timesaver.
Hair products are way more important to me than moisturizers, cleansers etc. Hair is dead and so is responsive to chemicals, skin is alive and just gets irritated by them. With skin I believe you should interfere with it as little as possible, so all organic products if poss, and very light moisturizers so the skin cells don't stop producing their own moisture. No toner, scrubs, serums, eye creams and all that nonsense (again toner just strips skin of its natural oils and is totally unnecessary, a beauty industry fraud) and just cleanse at night, no need in the morning. But hair, it loves chemicals, so pile them on - I use shampoo, conditioner, leave-in conditioner, and a serum/gloss on top. And conditioning treatments too if necessary. And that is the extent of my beauty wisdom!
