M. Night Shamaladandingdong's The Happening?

Am I the only one who liked that movie? Perhaps I liked it because I was stoned out of my mind when I went to see it?

I actually like him as a director because he's always subtle and different. I'm still unsure of that movie though- the acting by Zoey and Mark was awkward, like coming in in the middle of a story, but I loved the concept of the earth fighting back mankind- However lackluster it came out in the end!

'What Happens in Vegas' was fuckin halarious. cammy diaz seems like a bitch in real life but she is funny. putting Cammy and Valtrax in the same league aint right.

I always get a kick out of these awards. Nobody deserves this award more than PH.

And oh yeah, Uwe Boll makes Ed Wood look like Stanley Kubrick. At least Ed Wood was passionate about the films he made (bad as they were) & he was genuinely trying to make what he thought was a good film. Some of his films are even considered to be "cult classics". People enjoy them because they're so bad they're good & they also have a certain charm.

Uwe Boll's films have none of that. It's almost like he's deliberately making shit films to piss people off. And they aren't even fucking watchable. The only people who actually enjoy them are the same people who enjoyed Disaster Movie & Meet the Spartans. However, I did read a review on his latest film "Seed" which said the film was slightly less unwatchable than his previous films, & the reviewer even went so far as to say that if Uwe Boll kept going at the rate he was going, he might be able to make a moderately enjoyable film by 2050.

I'm really glad that those "Disaster Movie" and "Date Movie" and all those other crapfests are getting Razzies. They just need to fucking stop with that shit. Those movies are not funny, they are just shit.Besides that don't do very well in the box office do they? They have to cost more money than they end up making? How the hell do they even get a studio to fund that crap, seriously?

Actually, those films have always done quite well at the box office. I was reading something the other day that said the reason why those films make so much money is because stupid teenage boys keep paying to see them. Well, that, & the fact that the general American public is just incredibly stupid & tasteless. But yes, they do quite well, which is why Jason Friedberg & Aaron Seltzer keep getting money to make this worthless crap.

Now onto Repo: The Genetic Opera. I remember initially hearing about this film, & thought the concept sounded really cool. I was also excited to see that Bill Moseley was going to be in it. And it was supposed to be really gory, which is always a plus. And the trailer for it looks really kick-ass. But there's just one problem: PARIS FUCKING HILTON! What the FUCK was the director thinking?! Was there no other "actress" out there that could carry a tune that he could cast in this role? Hell, there's a thread over on the IMDB "Repo" forum that's titled "Looks good but has Paris Hilton in it", so I know I'm not the only one who feels this way.

That being said, I'll still see the movie. I just hope Wonky doesn't fucking ruin it for me.

Paris Hilton deserves a Lifetime Achievement Award from these dudes.

So does Uwe Bollshit for that matter. He's like Paris as a director, but with fewer blowjobs.

And any disposable "spoof" needs to be eviscerated in a slow "Saw"-like vivisection.
