I think it mostly depends on the size of your forehead & you definitely have to have straight hair, a larger forehead looks great with bangs a small narrow forhead not so good esp. with glasses, that would be too much going on in that general area...I have fine, naturally curly hair in a super short pixie cut, so I can have itty bitty bangs or not depending on how I feel because the shorter my hair is the straighter it becomes.
