I don't think the bulimic person is Kiera or Rene Z. Kiera suffers from anorexic, not bulimia.
It's not easy to conceal bulimia. It wrecks havoc on your skin, teeth and hair. They usually have dark circles under their eyes, and their teeth look terrible from all the vomiting. Also, their cheeks bloat as a reaction to all that throwing up.
For #5 Russell Crowe, or Seth Rogan. Rogan had lost weight (as of a few months ago). But I am not sure what he looks like recently. It's not Matthew Mc. He is a huge pot head and drunk, but he always stays fit, and works out like a fiend. He would NEVER let himself go like Russell Crowe did, even for a good role.

I've never been bulimic, but I work with medical data. There is such a thing as bulimic cheeks. Basically, your salivary glands get inflamed from the constant puking (*shudders*) and they swell. Your face looks bloated/puffy as a result even though the rest of you is thin. Apparently if you keep up with it for a long time (like many years) it can become permanent.
