R.I.P. Little Gengis Khan
This little ball of utter adorableness is now prancing around the fields in heaven after a horrific fire took his young life. Martha Stewart delivered the heart-killing news via her Twitter. Martha barely got the Chow puppy she named Gengis Khan a few months ago. According to Martha, some kind of freak propane explosion is to blame. This is what she wrote:
And then about one hour later, she Twittered this:
I swear, only fucking Martha!
But seriously, this is fucking sad. Puppies aren't supposed to go to heaven so soon. Especially not like this! The sads in every way. Rest in peace, Gengis and all the other doggies who passed away in the accident.

This story is absolutely horrible, those poor dogs, with no where to go but stay there and be burned to death, I would be inconsolable if my dog was there, I think I would kill the delivery guy and whoever else survived.

this story made me sad...I actually teared up a little bit and I don't have nor have I ever had pets. so sad, why couldn't she keep him home.
How very sad to hear of all these animals dying, and in such a horrific way. I hope the "hero" who managed to rescue a few of them fully recovers and is not in too much pain.

This is a tragedy, for everybody. I am only saying that Martha has the money to keep a fur ball like that with her, at her home or with at assistant. She does, indeed do a million things before our first morning yawn. But her house is clean, she's got lots and lots of room for the doggie to play. I'm not saying she's a witch, some of us have lost our beloved friends, and G'd Almighty, i'd give and arm and a leg to have my cheetolings back. What a tragedy. to everybody. Yes, i was very mad, because she could have hired a "doggie assistant", but she didn't. Let's (in case you have pet) pray they will stay with us if possible, forever and ever. That's it, hun.

And you know, I would really like to eat some GOOD Chinese food some day.
When you order takeout, you get that rubbery nasty chicken and if there's a dish with shrimp in it, there are like three shrimp on top, with the nasty black vein down the back of it and that's all you get. They skimp on everything and it's all greeeeasy with that cheap soybean oil that'll kill ya.
One time I went to lunch with some co-workers at Joe's Shanghai in Midtown. This guy from Taiwan knew the owner and ordered for us. They brought out all this stuff that wasn't even on the menu and that food was GOOOOOOOD.
I am a huge Martha fan and defender.
However, I think she is completely lacking in the empathy (or sympathy) department. It's served her well in business, as it allows her to use the "it's not personal, it's business" mode.
I think she has the ability to compartmentalize that is a mostly male ability.

got home the dogs were skunked for fourth time today- the kitchen stinks as do the dogs they were washed with new deskunker- did not work
Maybe there is a groomer on the property too, who really knows. But people calling her a bitch and saying she is a bad pet owner or whatever the fuck they are saying - all because her dog was at this place, it's just ignorant.
Hire someone to take care of her dog? So she's a bitch because she didn't?
God the stupidity gives me a headache.

The cats are pissed that it is nice but windy out right now. They keep giving me the Zahara side-eye. They can go out, they just don't want their precious fur blown by the wind! You know, it'll f up their hair-do's!

I love these dogs, but you must spend tons of time socializing them with other dogs and people. They can also be very dangerous if they haven't been trained properly. They don't bark and you can never tell when they are going to go for someone as they show no signs before hand. Beautiful dogs but they need TONS of attention, so don't be fooled by the cute.
