The Empress of Lucite should really write a book on how to be the perfect mother. It would comprise of 3 chapters: "Lucite: It's never too early," "Plastic tittays: It's never too early" and "Playboy: It's never too early."
While gliding through a parking lot on a cloud of lucite yesterday, the always elegant Shauna told TMZ that Playboy has been a big part of her family. Shauna said she's been taking her daughters to the Playboy mansion since they were 4. Shauna then turned to her 9-year-old daughter and said, "Do you want to be in Playboy?? That poor little girl. And I thought MY mom was embarrassing. Thank God she never paraded around in stripper heels. And as wacky as my parents were (thank GOD they weren't as bad as Queen Lucite) I somehow came out completely normal. They were total slobs, my apartment is spotless. I agree with others that say kids will (usually) go the opposite way. If there's one thing I learned though from how my friends turned out is this - give your kids some independence (in moderation). All the girls I knew who were really sheltered became really bad once they got out into the real world on their own around 18 or 19. All the girls I know who were given freedom (myself included) actually came out the best (not to brag, but it's true). People are always telling me how accomplished and mature I am for a 22 year old (while my peers get mom and dad to pay for everything and have 0 respinsibility) I live on my own, go to school part time and work full time (have been on my own since I was 19). I think it is because my parents gave me lots of freedom and weren't there for me as much as other kids' parents were. They gave me VERY minimal spending money, so from an early age I actually had to go out and work if I ever wanted anything. However, they DID install good morals and emphasized education. Unfortunately for this little girl, she's going to have to figure that out on her own. I really feel for her.
