Said terrorist gets taken into custody. Do we make all nice nice to him and ask him, "Please Mr. Terrorist, tell us where the nuke is. We'll do whatever you want just please don't let the big bomb go off." Or do you do whatever you can to make him tell you the location of the big bomb?
