Tim Burton Understands The Importance Of Eyebrows
Here's three official pictures of Johnny Depp (as the Mad Hatter), Helena Bonham Carter (as the Queen of Hearts) and Anne Hathaway (as the White Queen) from Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland. All three of these pictures can easily get prime real estate at the Museum of Exquisite Eyebrow Art. My own eyebrows are bowing down.
It looks like the picture that leaked last year of Johnny as the Mad Hatter was pretty much spot on. Johnny still looks like the acid baby of Elijah Wood and Carrot Top. And in this picture, you can clearly see that Tim Burton took weave brows to a whole new level! Johnny's flame brows are taking me higher! If Andy Rooney didn't get his bush brows trimmed by his barber every week, they would look just like this.
What is Helena Bonham Carter's chola name, because homegirl looks like she has razors in her hair and hickeys underneath her collar. Baby Heart Girl? La Rojo Whisper?

If Tim Burton likes wacky so much, why doesn't he work with Crispin Glover more? That guy has some crazyass energy. I think his body produces crack. I still remember him tripping balls on Letterman. That was hilarious!

There is nothing the matter with Johnny Depp. He gets chosen for roles because he is an actor who embraces the strange and quirky. What? Should he be doing roles like Tom Cruise and all the rest of the cookie cutter actors out there.
At least Depp's characters are unique and memorable, and there is nothing wrong with an actor like that whatsoever.

Yes, I think it was that alias. I still can't remember the name of the book, but it was about a dude who went ballistic because a road was being built near his home.. or something.
I was laughing when I heard loads of people were against the Harry Potter books and wanted their public libraries to ban them, when the Narnia books also contain magic, centaurs and loads of other "pagan" stuff. It's ironic, but maybe they are accepted because C.S. Lewis was a religious dude and he based his Narnia books on religious stuff.
If you think about it, the bible and all of the christian/catholic-related religions have pagan origins. When I read that the new pope, Sith Lord Benedict said that the Harry Potter books were evil and could corrupt young children, I just had to shake my head in disbelief. Yeah, because all the magic the bible contains is REAL and the magic in the Harry Potter books is FALSE.

I think Stephen King got lost during "IT"
I read a bunch of his books before that and 3/4 of the way through "IT" I thought WTF?? He's forgotten his characters - they're being ascribed as having done something when they had already died. And it wasn't a case of moving from the past to the present. I never finished it but I will also never forget PENNYWISE THE CLOWN. F'g shit gave me nightmares.
The NIGHT SHIFT stories were AWESOME. He did SO MUCH work before "It." The only books I read after it were "Pet Sematary," "Needful Things" and "Misery."

I remember reading a boring book of his (can't remember the title) where he used an alias. Now that book sucked balls too. Was that Insomnia book turned into a movie? or the movie Insmonia is not related at all with the book?.

Was it a Richard Bachman book? The Bachman books are usually pretty good. He also references himself in one of the stories. *eye roll* Insomnia (the movie) was a remake of a very good Norwegian film and was unrelated to the King story.
