No Jail Time For Chris Brown
Try not to have a seizure due to shock, but Chris Brown will not go to jail for Ike Turnering Alien Princess RiRi. TMZ says that Chris struck a deal today. Every prisoner in every jail in L.A. is disappointed, because they were hoping to turn that ass out!
Chris must serve 180 consecutive days of hard labor in Virginia (where he lives). To Chris, hard labor is probably wiping his own ass or whoopin' a trick. But to the system, hard labor is picking up trash on the freeway. Be sure to honk if you see Chris in an orange jumpsuit!
On top of that, Chris will be on probation for 5 years for felony assault. If he violates his probation, he could go to prison for up to 4 years. That's a silver lining for you, prisoners of L.A.!
Chris was also ordered to stay away from RiRi and he must complete a domestic violence counseling program.
I wonder if they wrapped up this deal in fancy paper with a purdy bow on top, because this shit is a gift to Chris Brown.

You guys call this celebrity justice? Your everyday domestic abuser doesn't get half as much until the victim ends up dead.
I do think RiRi should be cut some slack here. At least she was about to testify which is a rare event for victims of domestic abuse. 9 times out of 10 it doesn't get that far before the victim changes her tune.
At least one ass raping in jail would've made me feel a lot better about this shit.

I actually disagree that this is celebrity justice. That plea is major and its not unusual to avoid jail time in a case like that if you plead guilty and let the state have their foot up your ass for several years. Nobody wants to pay to babysit this pansy for a few weeks. That would be pointless. Convicted felon is some shit that dont go away. EVER.

Actually Dallas, you can apply for those rights again after you are off probation or parole. It doesn't mean you will get them back, but at least in Missouri you can try to get your rights back. I knew someone who was in the process of doing that a while ago. Don't know if he got them back, but in some cases, depending on the crime committed and your record during your probation and parole, you can get at least your voting rights back. Guns rights are usually a no go.

From what I have read, she was ready to testify and the state offered him a plea which he jumped at. I do not think it is her fault. It is California's typical b.s of letting the wealthy and famous get away with everything and anything!

Not what I wanted him to get, but Im surprised he got this much. I thought he was going to get off totally scott free. While this is a pretty package for criminals, Im sure he didnt think he would get this much.
