Lady CaCa visted an HIV support center in Manchester, England yesterday and talked about how she was doing charity work when she was a toddler.
Lady CaCa's mouth farted this: “I’ve been doing volunteer work since I was two. When I can, I do everything I can for those in need.”

Oh, but it does make sense when you read the paragraph in context.
It's inexplicable to like her because of several reasons brought up here. Her alliance with the axis of evil (Perez and Paris) and stupid statements are the worst though.
Yet she can create some catchy tunes. True, those songs are nowhere near perfection such as the works of Debussy, Chopin, Liszt and so on, but they serve their purpose.
Have to agree with those who said that statements like this about her (very unlikely) early charitable work do undermine her credibility as a creative, intelligent person.
I was ready to believe she began learning to play the piano - by herself - at the age of 4, but then she opens her mouth and claims to have started charity work by 2 and it gives me pause...
Charity and being nice are two different things.
If she's kind to people, cool, but her calling it charity sounds like she's helping for all the wrong reasons, as if she's trying to improve her perception with the public.
