Here's a bunch of amazing highlights from a 1994 documentary called Wildwood, NJ. This shit really makes me wish that I grew up in New Jersey! These classy and refined individuals could have taught me so much about life! I wasted my best years at Barbizon, when I could have been educated by the masters of elegance. I mean, the below quote has just been downloaded to my brain area and I will use it as much as possible:

If your kid/kids like tuna, try salmon patties. Just mix salmon, cracker crumbs, an egg, salt & pepper. Make into kiddo-sized patties & fry them with some cooking spray. Anyone that loves tuna will love these. They go great with mac & cheese! I have one picky eater so I'm always trying to come up with new things for him to try. Egg noodles with soy sauce is awesome. I also recently tried making pizza with wheat flat bread, it was so crispy & yum. Brush the underside of the flatbread with olive oil before doing your toppings for the crispiness. Plus if you let the kids help with making dinner it helps a lot, they seem to want to eat it more. Let them decorate their food, make little faces & stuff. That helps me get mine to eat. When I run out of ideas I just try to google different recipes and always find neat stuff. Good luck!
