Debbie Rowe Is Ready To Fight
Debbie is binding down her titties down, putting on her gloves is ready to fight a bitch for the custody of Prince Michael and Paris. Or as Debbie probably calls them: "Checking and Savings Account." Let's be really real.
According to NBCLA, Debbie told them in a 90-minute telephone interview that she wants "her children." Debbie said she's willing to do whatever it takes including submitting to a DNA test. Debbie also wants to get a restraining order against Joe Jackson to keep him away from the kids.
In Michael Jackson's will, he named his mama je'e' as his children's legal guardian. Diana Ross was named as a back-up. Michael also clearly stated that he didn't want to leave Debbie Rowe a cent.
Maybe I'm being overly harsh (proof that the world is still spinning), but Debbie already cashed that check a while ago. I would understand if she just wanted to take them to Chuck E. Cheese every now and again to get know them better. Really, I don't know what to think. It's a shitty situation all around. On one hand, Debbie is crazy. On the other hand, Joe Jackson is crazy too. Sending the kids to Florida to be raised by Bubbles is looking like the best option.....

Didn't Debbie just give an interview stating that she was not meant to a mother? She'd rather hang out with horses or some shit?
I don't know, if she was really interested in her children, she shouldn't be making comments in the media. Simply let the dna make her statement. If she is the biological mother, unless she signed away her rights to them, I believe she has every right to finish raising her children.
IMO she may be the best option. Katherine and Diana are much older women. Both are public figures and the children will receive too much unnecassary attention. If they are with Debbie, no one is really going to be after them a few months anyway. Look at Larry and Dannylynn, barely on the paparazzi radar.
As someone else stated we really don't know what transpired between her and Jackson when it comes to the children. In this world money is a very powerful resource, you have it the world is yours, you don't you're basically fucked.

Even if they are her biological kids, they don't know her at all. I don't think she met them once after she collected her paycheck for birthing them.
I definitly think that the two oldest kids look like Debbie Rowe. Especially Paris. I've thought that since the first pics came out with the kids unmasked (when MJ was still alive)

Let's give the kids to Gloria Vanderbilt; she did pretty good with Anderson Cooper. And, she don't need to money so it would be preserved for the kids when they reach adulthood.

Mark my words, I believe if the DNA test comes back in her favor, Debbie Rowe will be given custody if she wants it (maybe she wants to "settle: out of court with the Jackson family and that's why she's pursuing it to begin with). It will be very easy for her to say that the previous arrangment was forced upon her, that she was unwillfully coerced into giving up custody, and that she was scared of MJ and his entourage. Lawyers are pretty slick--they'll think of something.
If she gets custody of her two, she should at least pull a Bob Geldof and ask for custody of Blanket to keep the sibs together. I seriously wouldn't be surprised if the judge sides with her--living on a horse ranch, away from the spotlight, "perfect place" to quietly raise kids...
I feel for those three little ones...
Nobody takes into consideration that maybe Debbie Rowe was intimidated and beaten down by Michael's lawyers and mega-dollars. We have only really heard Michael Jackson's side. She's kept pretty quiet, whether it was the money he payed her or just out of fear. Mega-dollars can buy you tons of intimidation ... and such.
It's like David and Goliath, except this David probably didn't have a snowball's chance in hell.

I don't understand what this is all about. Whether Debbie Michael or anyone else is the bio parnt of the kids makes no difference. Bio does not mean anything. I think people are confused with the Anna Nicole Smith case. that's was totally different as Dannielynn was just born when Birkhead claimed all along that it was his kid. It took Anna's death and a court ordered DNA test to proove paternity. Anna adamantly said NO to anyting involving er mom and the courts were skeevy and suspicious of anything Howard K Stern.
In this case It's clear cut what Michael wanted and it was NO Debbie Rowe. She even said she didn't want them. She doesn't know them. Katharine and Diana Ross make more sense than Debbie Rowe and her eggs. So what she gave birth to them? Please thereis a chain of people in hat large family that are well equipped to rise the kids. Thank goodness they aren't infants or toddlers which would make the situation more urgent. In 6 years, Prince Michael will be 18, Paris will be 16 and Blanket will be 13. When they all come of age (which is gonna come with the blink of an eye) All of this will be over. If they are smart they will be more careful and learn from their father's mistakes about who you have in your life. They better make obsessively sure about that. That's why I don't agree with Debbir. She didn't care but now she does? Some sleazeball got in her ear. She brings a whole bunch of strangers to the kids lives if she get custody.

I agree. Joe Jackson seems to think that they should raise the kids since the Jackson family knows about show business (his words). I totally disagree, the kids should be as far from show business as possible. And wtf? It sounds as if he's already planning their careers!
I don't think Debbie's in it for the money. There is a lot of debt to be handled and problems with his estate right now, even if he does end making tons of money posthumously, it will be tied up in the courts for years, not to mention a major headache. But what do I know?
It would be even better if the kids were sent to live with one of the lesser known Jacksons and lived a normal life.

The wife/husband ALMOST ALWAYS has priority over the immediate family (unless they can prove she is mentally unstable or unfit, which they probably could). Don't you remember Schiavo case? Sure, it wasn't about custody of children, but the courts honored HIS wishes over the family's...
She's going to walk away with the kids and a chunk of the estate, and at this point I don't really care...

That is the biggest knot in the legal problem: the judge revoked the termination of her parental rights in 2008 because of a procedural error; she brought the error to the court's attention when she decided that she wanted her rights back. Ergo, she still has parental rights.
