Michael Jackson's Last Rehearsal
AEG, the promoters for Michael Jackson's show in London, have released this 1-minute rehearsal that was taken just two days before his death. In the video, MJ is doing his thing to the song "They Don't Care About Us" in full costume and with fans. FANS! It's not a Michael Jackson performance unless there's WIND involved. A lot of it.
Also, there's more details on Michael's memorial and funeral. E! says he will be buried at Forest Lawn in the Hollywood Hills. The Jackson family says that there were never plans for a public viewing despite reports.
A public memorial will be held at the Staples Center this Tuesday at 10 in the morning. They still don't know if the memorial will be broadcasted on TV or the internet.
You know people are camping out right now! In fact, they should just close L.A. down completely, because it's going to be chaos upon chaos. My mom said that she's going to be sitting in traffic until September. I don't know how that's different from any other day, but okay....

Just watched the clip: he looks like a skeleton.
And he really seemed to be shaky, imo.
And his dancing was not enthusiastic like it used to be.

I'm not sure I want all my neuroses cleared up.
I figured the family wanted it to be accessible and sort of unique. Putting him in Forest Lawn he's surrounded by other famous dead people and I dount you could really make his gravestone unique and create a memorial.
Anyone ever see that episode of Californication where, forgot the producers name, dies and his gravestone is him swining a gold club in a kilt with his dick down to his knee? I loved his character and was sad when they killed him off but that was a nice way to end it. Now that's a unique gravestone.

As I've predicted, by the time the Jackson Family figures out what they're doing.....that body will have rot. Somebody needs to tell them that a dead body needs to be embalmed or refrigerated.

I thought he looked haggard at the beginning of the clip but that smile at the very end changes his face. You can tell he truly loved performing, even when it's only a run through. Think what you like about him but he was an immensely talented singer and dancer. Britney only had dancing and then she let that go and her looks were soo transitory and god knows she doesn't have the voice. I couldn't compare the two other than to showcase true talent vs manufactured voice & persona.

Yeah u cannot possibly compare this to Britney. Britney's was an actual PERFORMANCE. This is just a rehearsal, which for the legendary MJ, I'm sure this is just a "walk through." The backup dancers need to be practicing like it's the live performance every single time they rehearse. When you get to MJ's level, you don't need to rehearse the same way. His live performances speak for themselves.
