snowy - I loved the original L&O, and when SVU started airing, I fell completely in love. Love Mariska, Meloni, etc. Sometimes the story lines are shit, but the actors are great!

I remember reading somewhere that he wears sleeveless shirts under his suit jackets when they're filming in the summer to help with not getting as hot, so that pic was surely taken b/t filming a scene or something... and he is known for being cheeky, so there ya go.
