It looks like it jumped straight out of a page of the July 1989 Frederick's of Hollywood catalogue, & yet somehow these chicks seem to think it looks good. If you go to downtown LA or Hollywood Blvd. and go to one of those "All Clothes $5!!!" stripper clothing shops you see in some rundown neighborhood, I swear that dress is guaranteed to be on their mannequin in the window.
