So how does Justin Timberlake's favorite strap-on operator keep her sessy body looking like that of a pit bull on too many internet-bought lady hormones? She throws food away! Jessica Biel said that she keeps herself on a version of Mimi's infamous (and delusional) "morsel" diet. Jessica can eat whatever she wants, but just small portions of it.
Jessica told Manhattan Movie Magazine (via Showbiz Spy), “You have to find a balance, especially with what you eat. I don’t live by the idea that you can’t allow yourself a treat. I say, ‘Eat things you like, but eat them in smaller portions’. I always cut things in half and send them back. I’m not perfect, I don’t always do those things, but that’s the goal.”
Jessica, feed the children, not the garbage cans! FOOD WASTER! Seriously, Joan Crawford needs to rise from the dead to school this ho.
And obviously, Jessica uses that same "smaller portions" philosophy when it comes to choosing peens.

Restaurant portions are way too big - I agree. But why send half back? I either take the remaining food home or I give it to a homeless person who needs a decent meal. Better than throwing it away.

What pisses me off is when somebody, who has a very different taste in food than me, tries to share their halves with me.
Doesn't help that I've got food issues of my own, so that kind of stuff really drives me batty.
I also agree that restaurant portions are out of order. I'm thinking this economic climate might eventually make them cut portion sizes, hah!

I have blood sugar problems (not diabetes) so I have to eat a balanced meal (like the Zone 40/30/30) to keep my sugar in check, most restaurants have portions way too large. The US has problems with portion control.
I don't try to give away the other half though, I'm greedy and take it home.
I do the same thing but I ask upfront for them to give me a half portion and package the rest up to take home.
The waiter gets tipped well, I waited tables so I definitely compensate them.
I really loathe this bitch. Nothing noteworthy about her. And if she works out so fuckin much then why the fuck does she need to half her portions? I mean I understand in a restaurant cuz they give you enough food to feed a small village and try to call it 1 serving. Eating at restaurants all the time is a sure fire way to get fat, you never know wtf they are using in the kitchen. Any real diet/nutrition enthusiast will tell you this. Jessica Biel is an asshole, an asshole who cannot act and I do not give a shit about what she eats.
