Anyone Can Strip For Cash In Rhode Island!
In the state of Rhode Island, 16-year-olds legally can't operate a power saw or pump gas, but they can thrust their privates and shake their bits for greasy skeezers in a strip club! They can drop it for a tip as long as they get a work permit and are home by 11:30pm on a school night. So in Rhode Island, you can either get a summer job flipping burgers or flipping your ass cheeks! Sounds reasonable to me.
The authorities found out about the loophole when they were investigating a 16-year-old runaway who got a job at Cheaters strip club in Providence. They couldn't throw the owner in the clink, because there is currently no state law banning minors from getting nekkid to Motley Crue songs for money. There is a law which states that anybody who employs a person under the age of 18 for prostitution whoring or any other lewd or indecent act can be thrown in prison. Apparently, the term "lewd or indecent" is completely subjective (meaning it depends how fugly the stripper is), so it doesn't prevent girls from stripping.
Officials are currently working overtime to get a new ordinance on the books which will make it illegal for youngins to work the pole stroll.

I know age has nothing to do with how a person is, but I still strongly believe that younger people have far less wisdom (in years) and good judgment than people who are older. Not saying that its all younger people, but just a general statement.

3 years ago, I was leaving a co-worker's house after fixing his furnace for him. As I was getting into my parked car, a town cop was driving down the road and edcided to look into the back seat to see how his daughter was doing. He was so distracted that he swerved out of the roadway into my parked car, which went into me, throwing me aside and embedding the rearview mirror into the side of my head, right in front of my co-worker. I stood up, chunks of mirror stuck in my head, blood running down the front of my shirt, to see him already working the cellphone - calling around to see if someone could take his daughter to tennis lessons, since my totaled car was now blocking his driveway. After he made 5 phone calls, he was finally able to save the day: one of his neighbors hadn't left to take their daughter to tennis either. He was 40. The cop was 45. The neighbor showed up 10 minutes and called 911. Age has little to do with it, it's all in the person.

Holy crap was I ever a dumb slut when I was 16, even when I was 18. I'm mortified just thinking about some of the things I did, and if I knew then what I know now I would have shut my mouth more often and not acted like such a smart ass.
It terrifies me to think that 16 year olds can/should be considered adults.
Back in March, a 17 year old girl hit my stopped car (at 4:30 pm, at a 45 mph zone) so hard that she caused my car to flip over and hit 2 other cars. I almost lost my life and it is still beyond surreal to me. What is more surreal is that this bitch got out of her car (which wasn't even hers, it was her granddaddy's brand new 2 week old lexus gs) and proceeded to call her mom and whine. She didn't come to me as they were pulling me out of my car, nor did she come up to the other people injured/jammed in their cars. She could have killed at least two people, myself and a lady that I hit badly who needed to have her car sawed off to be taken out.
She never called, never said anything, never even looked me in the eye, all I could hear was her moaning and complaining to her mother.
The court hearing came and her and her parents were just standing around smugly and she didn't come up to me or ask how I was doing, even though it was a month later and I was still in crutches and shit.
This whore got away with a $175 fine and I still see her in the area driving another new car.
To think that anyone would say that 16 is old enough to have good judgment or maturity is beyond me.
We were all 16 and I cringe at the thought of me when I was 16 and thinking I was an adult.
This is part of the reason why we need a federal age of consent law that says a minor is someone under 16 or 18 or 21 or whatever and not have the states handle these things.
