There's a new possum headquarters! Radar reports that Kate Gosselin is in the process of buying a condom (typo and its fits) in Rockville, MD. Apparently, Kate's rumored fuck time partner, her bodyguard Steve, also lives around those parts.
Kate and her possum friend will stay in Maryland whenever Jon is taking care of the child army in Pennsylvania. When Kate is in Pennsylvania, Jon will go back to NYC. Basically, they don't even want to be in the same state as each other. Jon's freshly grown huevos can appreciate that.

This is a weird set up but if it works for them, it's certainly not the worst thing they've done. In most divorced families there are two households and the children shuffle back and forth, I don't see why it's worse for the parents to do the traveling. I can't believe I'm commenting on these two. Honestly, until a month ago, I had no idea who these people were. IMO it really all comes down to money, which gives each of us more choices the more of it we have. While we applaud people who stay together forever, the truth is, many times people only stay together because they feel they have no other choice because they are financially bound to stay where they are. They couldn't leave no matter how much they wanted to. I've met plenty of couples who obviously hate each other, but have nowhere else to go. I'm not condoning their behavior, I'm just saying, if we all had the money to do what we wanted when we wanted, maybe more people would choose to go their separate ways rather than stay together and work it out for the sake of the children.

I don't know much of Rockville yet b/c we just moved here last week but now I think I want to go back to D.C to our tiny crammed apartment after hearing some of the things about it. That's all. :)
