Katherine Jackson Gets Custody

Debbie Rowe's three magical wolves of protection can have a little fun (wink wink) and take a long Calgon bath, because they won't have to go into battle against Katherine Jackson anytime soon. Katherine's lawyer went on CBS' Early Show (via E!) this morning and said that a custody deal has been reached. Per Michael's wishes, Katherine will get full custody of Paris and Prince Michael. Debbie co-signed that as long as she gets to visit. Oh and she also wants a psychiatrist brought in to meet with the kids. I think the middle wolf came up with that idea. He's the smartest one.

TMZ says that DebRo didn't (WARNING: Hold on to something sturdy and throw a mattress on the floor) didn't want any more money. The only two things she asked for was visitation rights and for the kids to hang out with a child psychologist to help them deal with all the changes in their lives.

When the Early Show asked Katherine's lawyer about reports that the villainous puppet master known as Joe Jackson wasn't going to help "raise" the kids, he said, "I don't think it's valid at all. I think Joe Jackson is the husband of Mrs. Jackson, but he's not living in Los Angeles."

Translation: Katherine keeps a wreath made out of garlic on her front door to ward Joe Jackson off.

Katherine Jackson on her relationship with Joe:

"MJ's mother also denied her husband, Joe, is banned from their Encino home and said Michael's children, who she currently has custody of, are "doing fine.""

@bensucks. I agree

I feel sorry for Debbie. She wanted to be in her kids lives, but MJ kept her at bay. I bet she loves her kids. FTR: Katherine and Joe have not stopped seeing each other --- and they never will!

Damn Katherine Jackson looks 30 years younger than Debbie Rowe. Debbie has the weather beaten look on lock.

rukiddingme's picture

I don't think Debbie Rowe really ever wanted to be a mother & still doesn't. I'll be surprised if she plays a significant role in these kids' lives even now.

Is it wrong for a rich and successful woman to have a sugar baby? is it wrong that she falls in love with a handsome and

charming man? It's human nature for her to want a younger and more attractive partner. Furthermore, more and more services

come out on Internet focusing on this kind of relationship, such as sugarscupid. c o m.

I feel bad for Blanket. I'm sure he will be taken care of but I can only imagine all the questions he will have about his bio parents, why his daddy had so many surgeries, why his brother and sister aren't really his brother & sis. Uff what a mess.

Kandykane's picture

In other news, I feel really badly for Blanket. Somehow, I feel that he is going to end up the loser in all of this. Apparently, he was conceived from an anonymous donor egg and sperm. He has no real biological ties to anyone. At least Prince and Paris have that all important psychological tie to someone who is 'blood', no matter how tenuous that tie may seem to outsiders.

Listen chickens, when I had to oversee the raising of certain minor children at a barely legal age myself I had to make a choice: Either stop the drinkin, druggin, fuckin around and give the kids my undiluted uncompromised attention or continue to do the wild thang and show them by my actions that I didn't care enough to straighten up my act.

When children are involved, they MUST take top priority over everything else. No exceptions. When children enter the picture, they become NUMBER ONE. A drugged out parent is doing them no favors whatsoever and will bring them nothing but heartbreak and psychological pain.

Kandykane's picture

Speaking of kids, the 'secret love child' has been verified this week on TV in an interview by Joe Jackson as actually being MJ's 25 year old son but other MJ advisors say no, that isn't possible nor correct. Brian Oxman says that MJ only ever met Omer Bhatti as a 12 year old as a result of the "Little Michael's" amazing dancing talent. Who to believe?

I don't believe that Omer is MJ's son.
I do believe that Joe Jackson is stirring the rumor pot with a big senility spoon however.

Good how it all went down, but are his kids really "poor kids"? I feel bad they lost their father, but plenty of people lose parents young.

Let's be honest. These kids hit the genetic lottery being MJ's kids. They're set for life financially, and even emotionally they have people around them who love them and a public that is rooting for them. There will be pitfalls along the way, but they have more than a leg up than most of us have had in life. And definitely more than most kids in the foster system have.

------------------------------------------------

Abso-fuckin-lutely!!! I agree with you 110 percent. These kids will be fine in the grand scheme of things. Not all the Jackson kids were fucked up and most of them managed to raise pretty normal families of their own. I think the doom and gloom about their futures is a bit overstated.

sugahoneychile's picture

What about poor Blanket?

He's going to feel left out if Prince and Paris' mother is around and his mother is out of the picture. Someone should consider the damage this would do to Blanket? I don't think Rowe should resurface now since she hasn't been there all along. I wonder what MJ told the kids when they asked about their mothers?

She told my baby we'd danced till three, then she looked at me
Then showed a photo my baby cried his eyes were like mine (oh, no!)

I wish them the best, but I wonder if we would feel (or have felt) just as much compassion for the anonymous kids who are victimized everyday whose last names don't happen to be famous?

**

Thats sort of what I was thinking. So many kids have less than ideal, and straight up abusive home lives. Probably plenty of us here included.

"If anything, she's the only one of this fucking nauseating group of filth to NOT profit off of MJ's death."

- She did profit, they have agreed to pay her a settlement AFTER he passed away.
She'll be getting a few million.
She has agreed to no more $ after that. So her saying she doesn't want more $ isn't exactly some kind of caring act.
Hence why I believe she is backing off a custody battle.

I am absolutely fascinated by this "cardiologist" and can't wait for the criminal trial. I've read in the past couple days: at the precise moment he was performing CPR on Michael Jackson, "people" in Houston were removing "boxes" from a storage unit he had there, BEFORE PARAMEDICS WERE CALLED. And according to the cook, while Jackson was not breathing and didn't have a heartbeat, the "cardiologist" ran through the house screaming he wanted the oldest son Prince in the room. This guy is a loon. Greta van Susteren is going to love him more than Anna Nichole.

I don't have much faith in Katherine Jackson keeping Joe away from these kids. She seemed to do a piss-poor job keeping her own kids away from him. Obviously she turned her eyes when all the alledged abuse went down.

ImpertinentVixen's picture

Visitation and a psychiatric eval for the kids are two good things. Perhaps DebRo is not pushing for cash as now that MJ is dead she can write the eventual tell-all for a boatload of it.

************

Why the fuck shouldn't she get props? She was nothing more than a surrogate mother to those kids. She was paid well to reproduce a couple of kids for Jackson. Nothing more, nothing less.

Sounds like she is the ONLY one doing right by those kids, even though she is leaving the kids in the hands of a mother who put up with a monster who tortured her own son.

If anything, she's the only one of this fucking nauseating group of filth to NOT profit off of MJ's death. And she's the only one who didn't rape the taxpayers while doing it.

Team Debbie 'Three Wolf Moon' Rowe.
She just showed a lot of balls and I glad she will get to see her children and I am glad she is concerned about their mental health and emotional stability. She could be saving their lives. Katherine in my opinion is a wolf in sheep's clothing, what kind of women stays married to that man? Unacceptable.

bradi - yeah, I think all things considered, its a good decision.

Michaels will is being followed, the kids will have an opportunity to be around their bio mom, and I think requiring a psych doctor is a good move.

I feel like its the best outcome of a shitty situation.

GIG, I saw it on the news this ayem. Katherine will get all three.
On a (rarely) serious note, these poor kids are in for a lot more heartache, IMO.
Your dad dies, your bio mom says, "I want to get to know you, but don't want to raise you." Your new "parent" is 80 years old and is married to a man that used to abuse your father. I seriously hope at some point in their lives they'll be able to rise above all this tragedy and live a stable and loving life.

It is well known that Joe and Katherine Jackson have been separated for a long time.

I don't know what the reasoning is behind not divorcing, maybe it's a religous thing.

My mother in law was married to her husband for 35 years when he died. They were only together for 6 years and he left and had relationships with other women and all. She is a strict Catholic and doesn't believe in divorce. She, of course, considered herself just as married as the day she wed and never had another relationship. I told her I think that is sad.

Hey, at least she collects benefits now that he's dead. So, she got something in the end, I guess.
