There are a couple of reasons:
1. Anybody who handled the soft copy files before they got posted on ImageShack could have altered the EXIF data for whatever reason.
2. Depending on the model of camera and/or phone, when the batteries go dead, the date that the photos show as being taken can revert to an earlier date.
