Technically he never qualified so he was never actually an attorney. It would be the US equivalent of calling someone an attorney who has graduated from law school and not passed any state bar permitting him to practice law.

With that being said...I find him extremely amusing albeit a bit dumb. He's the equivalent of a cute puppy dog who happily licks his balls and runs up in a state of glee to give you a big wet one because he missed you. You just can't get angry at the puppy....you give me a treat and a good pat on the head and perhaps a belly rub and say "how cute". That's what I would like to do to Gerard. Give him a treat, a good pat on the head and perhaps a belly rub if he is a very good boy ;)
