Michael Jackson's Death Ruled A Homicide
Shit just got real. The L.A. County Coroner has ruled Michael Jackson's death a homicide. The L.A. Times reports that a search warrant filed in Houston states that after an autopsy was conducted, deadly amounts of of the anesthetic propofol were found in Michael's body. This means that Michael's doctor, Dr. Conrad Murray, will most likely face criminal charges.
Dr. Con had admitted to detectives that he gave Michael 50 milligrams of propofol every day. Dr. Con also said he was afraid Michael was starting to get addicted to the shit, so he tried to wean him off. Dr. Con?! More like Dr. Obvious!
Dr. Con lowered the dosage to 25 milligrams, but also mixed in a little lorazepam and midazolam.
On the morning of Michael's death, Dr. Con said he tried to get him to sleep without using propofol, so he gave him a valium at 1:30. When that didn't work, he gave him a shot of lorazepam thirty minutes later. And when that didn't work, he gave him a shot of midazolam thirty minutes after that. As the hours went by, Dr. Con kept feeding Michael various drugs, but nothing was working. At 10:40am, Michael demanded that Dr. Con give him a shot of propofol. Dr. Con gave in. After he gave him the propofol, he went to the bathroom. When he came back 2 minutes later, Michael was not breathing.
The cops found 8 bottles of propfol in Michael's home, but none of it traces back to Dr. Con. They aren't sure who purchased it or where. Other pills and vials found in Michael's house were prescribed by various doctors including Dr. Con, Dr. Arnold Klein and Dr. Allan Metzger.
All I can say is that...LA TOYA JACKSON WAS RIGHT!!! We should never ever doubt anything she says ever again! La Toya Jackson knows. Always.

I'm on Tramadol for my pain. I suffer from MS and AS, so i'm in constant pain. I take 50 drops (about 150mg)I decided to go for the drops because they're so disgusting they make me "hold it". I'm also on Darvocet N-100, HEAVEN! Trazodone for mood, and a choice of Halcion (triazolam), Ambien and Lunesta (which gives you a metallic taste in your mouth) I'm ok with the Ambien, i also walk around with a bag full of Neurontin for my seizures, clonazepam, lorazepam, Zoloft.... you name it, i got everything but the kitchen sink and Oxy. But that doesn't mean i take them all like they're running out of style. I take them in the most of responsible way, depending on the symptoms i'm suffering at the moment.Plus, my docs keep track of how many pills i'm taking. I suffer from terrible insomnia and i keep on asking for something stronger, but i got a big NO. So i'm good with Ambien.
I have a terrible painful condition, which gives me access to all these strong drugs, since i need most of them to have a "normal" life. I could easily put them in a Pez dispenser and pill away, but it's MY choice and i wanna enjoy life in all my senses, i don't want to go thru life like a damn zombie. You chose what you wanna do. Hide under the pills or put your big girl chonies on and soldier away!

benzos don't make everyone sleep that is true.......but if a lot was injected? I think most would sleep
also seroquel is a drug they give a lot of bipolar people for mania to sleep, and in high doses i makes them sleep. You cannot tell me that MJ was that messed up with sleep. I don't buy it. Seroquel causes diabetes but you know it's safer than what he was getting.
My mom is on tramadol for pain. And i think she is getting dooped . I have fibro and i take actual narcotics , that work. I have a pain dr and i keep telling her to go to one. Pain meds get such a bad wrap by things like this MJ case only.....turns out it wasn't a pain med that killed him. If oxycontin had killed him i would be pissed. Not trying to be insensitive.
Holy SHIT that's a fuckton of drugs. Ativan itself in IV form knocks me out and I'm a heavy-weight when it comes to drugs (been on them for years). Midazolam (Versed) turns you into a god damn zombie that can't remember shit so they can stick a camera up your ass. And all of THIS was not working for him at all??? Dude really had a serious, SERIOUS drug problem. Yeah, I don't like calling addiction a disease either but... man, the shit this guy must have gone through in his life to drug himself up that much...

Now, I have my own theory on what happened here and it has nothing to do with jewish people being smart.

Myself, I liken it to ADD. ADD exists but not nearly as rampantly as people like to say it is, just to get out of taking responsibility for themselves.
But as valiant as you think your anger and outrage are, the fact remains that MJ had a more fucked up life than anyone would care to imagine. A huge amount of that, he didn't ask for or bring upon himself - it was just there. I don't think any of us could begin to understand the pain he was in for the bulk of 50 years.

I hear you! i suffer from MS and take Darvocet, Tramadol, Neurontin and a bunch of "zepams", but my Drs are NOT pill happy, i get exactly what i need to manage my pain, seizures and tremors, in other words, what i need to live a life as normal as possible. They also keep a very close eye on the dosage and check with me almost every week. Only if i'm having a bad attack, they would give me something stronger, but at the hospital. Having someone hook you up to an IV and Propofol without a ventilator or a defribillator in a house is just insane.

In a perfect universe free of any human fuckups, where parents do their jobs and we all are moral creatures yes, everyone should be responsible for their own actions and the Hippocratic Oath should not even exist because we should all be ethic creatures and all... but this is not a perfect world and doctors are not perfect beings, that's why the Hippocratic Oath exists. And still, as they say in Pirates of the Caribbean... "And thirdly, the code is more what you'd call "guidelines" than actual rules". It's not written law.
Somebody already said it and it's true, not because you are a doctor means you are ethical and are all for saving people's lives. Same goes for whatever else you want, choose your own... politicians, lawyers, etc. I'm not saying this stupid doctor is not to blame, of course he has his share of guilt, but some people forget Michael Jackson was used to buying shady doctors for years. This idiot was the sore loser in the russian roulette Michael Jackson set in motion years ago. Stop acting like Michael Jackson was a victim and this doctor was the evil homicidal monster who deserves all the blame.

The doc was really MJ's pill pusher. I don't think MJ was used to hearing the word no and he certainly wasn't going to hear it from this doctor who had money problems. The doc wanted to make the big bucks and he wasn't going to cross MJ and risk being fired so he did what Michael wanted and apparently over looked his medical oath which is "DO NO HARM".

If Jackson had asked Murray to shoot him in the head, it doesn't make it okay for Murray to do so.
Murray is a doctor. He is bound not only by his medical oath to first do no harm, but also held to a higher standard. As a doctor you don't simply give patients what they asked for. Can you imagine the mayhem. That's not how the doctor-patient relationship works. Period. Any doctor will tell you that.
Jackson may have been paying Murray, but he was still a patient - NOT a client.

Years ago I took a quarter of a 10 mg Valium and it knocked me on my ass...if Valium didn't do the trick for him, his system must have been accustomed to a lot of meds. But this is what happens when you have a doctor with financial problems mixed with a celebrity client. Although the Doc should have known better because he was the professional, I can see where he could have justified his decision to cross the line because of his financial situation. Still it doesn't excuse him and I'm sure he wished he would have said no and risked being fired by MJ. However, MJ had to have known that this kind of bizarre treatment to just go to sleep every night was walking on the edge.
