Wow, they're carnivores? Didn't know that...or rather, I didn't know they would eat something that would bleed so much.
I bet they're herbivores but I'm not sure. I always see them munching on kelp and algae and junk. Those raspy things are fleshy, not teeth; the teeth are that sharp line along the lower jaw, which prolly could take a finger off.
