O hey! That could be where the super virus came from! I just spent the evening cleaning out my computer cuz some extra-bitchy virus took me right the fuck over. It turned off my firewall (I'm still wondering about that but I do know *I* didn't turn off my firewall) and cut off my access to my anti-spyware the moment it was located.
I've been puzzling and puzzling as to where it may have come from...

It is legal to photograph people in public places and post them on the type of site they are posted on.
I wondered about that, too, Phillip. I am not sure the interior of Wal-Mart is a public place. Also, the website is profiting from the pix due to its advertising revenues. In any event, you can sue anyone for anything and I bet they gonna get sued.
It is legal to photograph people in public places and post them on the type of site they are posted on. It would be illegal if the people were in their homes and you photographed them through the window but for the most part, when you go out in public you are open game. If the photos were used in an advertisement the subjects could possibly bring a lawsuit but you cant bring a lawsuit for the type of use on this site. That being said I think this site is hilarious and I plan on bringing my best camera phone with me next time I go to Walmart.
