Bitch Got Booed: The Vadge Edition
Last night in Bucharest, Vadge got booed. For some of you, that little tidbit might be enough to keep you smiling in the soul for the rest of the day. So go with it. For the rest of you, Vadge got booed, because she told Romania that they need to stop discriminating against gays and gypsies. Tramps and thieves are still okay, I think.
Anyway, not everyone was loving Vadge's words and some showered her with boos. They need to watch out, because Madonna is bumping it with Baby Jesus! Baby Jesus could destroy them all with his sexyfaces and killer poses.
Speaking of Baby Jesus, whoever booed at Vadge should've saved it for this audacity below. In case you haven't seen it, here's a 15-second preview for Vadge's new video "Celebration" featuring Baby Jesus and Paul Oakenfold. At first, I booed, then I laughed, then I dry heaved, and then I don't really remember what happened after that. Paul Oakenfold's moves did not agree with my stomach. They should stamp a surgeon general's warning on this shit.

Yes, please do consider that maybe, just maybe, there is somewhere out there an exception to your "rule" about Romanis. Seriously, I think many of you need to go back to pre-school and be re-taught with Mother Goose books.
Also, consider the fact that in Germany, Jews were seen as larely greedy and with very little exception to their rule. There's always a reason to be racist. So keep up the good work.

Why did Madonna sound like she was talking to a bunch of 5 year olds? Great she's standing up againist discrimination, but I hate when people like her 'talk down' to others.
EXACTLY! I reminds me of her BFF Fishly Paltrow. I bet when those 2 cunts get together they speak to each other just like that! (insert eyeroll).
My 2 cents? The Gypsies in Europe are SCARY. I was constantly approached by hoards of them everywhere I went and it made what should have been a very pleasant trip, very uncomfortable and unpleasant. I witnessed a little boy no older than 10 year old, run up and down a street to approach people & beg. As the tourists gave him money, he would turn around and stuff the money in a big thick money belt under his shirt, wrapped around his waist. He had a wad of cash 3 inches thick around his waist and another money belt strapped around a leg under his pants. I sat and watched him for about 30 minutes because I just couldn't believe my eyes and marveled how this is allowed to go on there right out in the open. That would NEVER happen in the USA, as a kid that age would be in SCHOOL at that time of day during the middle of the week and child protective services would have his ass.
The Gypsies I encountered reminded me of zombies and came running after us like we were fresh meat! Not good for Europe to allow this to go on but it must be a cultural thing that they have turned a blind eye to for centuries. Needless to say, I have no interest to return there any time soon, thanks in large part to the scary gypsies

Gypsies are hated in Europe because the vast vast majority of them steal, beg, send their kids out to beg, some mutilate their children so they can get more money from begging, are violent, don't pay taxes, don't send their children to school, move onto private land and make a mess of it, pimp young girls etc etc.
They choose to be this way. It's all well and good living in the US and coming on here saying how terrible it is that everyone in Europe hates them. Come over to Europe, meet a few of them and you will understand why.

Most of you, including Madonna, are talking out of your assholes.
I am currently reading a book called "Crosing. It is the sequel to the book "The Gypsies" by Jan Yoors. He was a young man from Belgium who joined a Rom family and traveled with them for many years. The book is available second-hand or should be in libraries. It will clear up many of the misconceptions written here.
Gypsies don't want to be part of society. They see the Gaje (white Europeans) way of life as a terrible way to live. They do not belong to any particular country, they have traveled all over Europe and certain families have settled in certain areas, and have spread to North and South America as well.They are their own race of people(which originated in India, hundreds of years ago. They do not like the term "Gypsy" and call them selves Roma.
The so-called Irish Gypsies have NO relationship to the Roma. They are decendents of Irish tinkers or tinsmiths of many years ago.
Neither group are overly fond of the laws of the land, they think they should be left alone to live as they please and they DO steal and lie in order to do so, when they feel it is necessary.

Isn't it amusing??. I find your comment so damn true and could also be applied to every single cultural group of people. We all are ethnocentric, some more than others. We all think OUR culture is much more advanced than others, to some extent. That's why multicultural countries have so much social conflicts, I think. So many people from so different backgrounds living together isn't always beneficial. It should be, because we could learn from others to improve our conditions, but we don't. We mostly just hermetically seal ourselves from foreign social feedback and caress our own social practices and keep on considering much better than others.
I'm not implying that social/ethnic segregation should be the thing to do, not at all. I think we should respect others, no matter how different they are from us, how different their lifestyles are from ours as long as those lifestyles don't HURT others. I have never had any encounters with gypsies of any kind, but they should be known for other things, not THIEVING. Living a nomad life is OK if it works for them, but when said nomad life has to be sustained by thieving from others to make cash, then Houston we have a problem!.
We are still crawling on diapers when it comes to accepting other people's differences, even when said differences don't hurt us at all. We have been different for thousands of years and for thousands of years we've had wars based on ethnocentrism and racism. Aren't we peachy?.

Well, if having issues w/ the “Gypsy lifestyle” means only taking issue w/ criminal activity, then differentiate. People have plenty of reasons to be racist, so you should make the distinction between criminal conduct and an ethnic group who has been marginalized out of society significantly. And ALL ROMANI ARE GYPSIES. They may not be nomadic, but they are called Gypsies, w/ a capital ‘G’. In English, we often use the term “gypsy” to describe a nomadic person, but that is something taken from the characterization of a Gypsy (Romani). There are other types of gypsy (nomadic) groups, but in Europe, everyone knows that when someone speaks of a Gypsy, it is a Romani they are talking about. Worldwide, the one term Gypsy w/ a capital ‘G’ means Romani.
