I think she's just one of those people who are naturally skinny and petite. She probably was always that way and will always be. She lucked out there but not in the face area. Sad to say, but Kathy Griffin tanked in Cleveland (Aug 20). 5 minutes or more of NO laughter. She had promised to "go there" about Jon & Kate and never delivered. You only need the 4 minute David Letterman schtick, don't spend your money on her shows. sorry Kathy, and good bye Kathy!

This is depressing.

I remember when Kathy used to have a normal body.

Haven't watched her show in ages, but I liked that she didn't seem to hate food (on the contrary) and despite struggling with body image - who doesn't? - she still ate and seemed ok with it.

I agree that she's still chasing that A-List thing too hard, which is likely a futile pursuit, with some real high costs to her.

Her thinness was so alarming on this photo that I even miss the joke is dressing up like the Gosselin Cunt.

I remember his skit on Octomom, it was hysterical.
