Why is it when someone criticizes the promotion of anorexia, they are suddenly fat, bon-bon eating couch potatoes? He wasn't criticizing fat people, he was criticizing anyone over a size zero. of course being fat is not a good thing. My career is helping people get fit and I can tell you for most that healthy is not a size zero unless you have a VERY small frame. Muscle is curvy and sexy and the female body is supposed to have a little fat on it (a little) because we were designed to procreate. Every guy I know appreciates curves in the right places not a prepubescent looking woman.

Right, because women should really be concerned with the opinions of a gay man who has ZERO interest in the female form aside from dressing it, to dictate what's sexy.

Please don't think that way about yourself, everyone is unique, don't let people like this fucktard Kunt guide you to unhealthy habits. Starving yourself is horrific on your body.

I'm really a nobody here but my advice is to buy some Fitness mags and they have those On-the-go exercise things you can do with light weights, start doing those and eat the right foods. You can find out how to eat the right foods by using The Zone. You can check out a book on it at the library (so its free) and eat real whole foods that will help you lose weight. I've used it for years, it works and the best part is you don't have to pay to learn to eat right. I am also registered in the forum, if you register and need help, just email me through there.

Please post more here on Dlisted, okay? I don't remember seeing you post before. :)
