Detective La Toya has learned the hard way that getting to the bottom of EVERYTHING can be dangerous! The road to the truth is a deadly one, and friends of Detective La Toya says that she knows this now. Apparently, Det. La Toya thinks the same evil doers who "killed" Michael Jackson are coming for her. Agatha Christie, get your pen out!
One source told the National Enquirer (via Showbiz Spy), “La Toya is convinced someone paid Michael’s personal physician, Conrad Murray, to kill him because they stood to gain up to $1 billion from his death. La Toya has been telling pals she can name the mysterious people Michael’s doctor was working with when Michael died. She is convinced they killed her brother and wouldn’t hesitate for a moment to kill her as well. She says too many people have got too much to lose if the truth gets out. She fears for her life. She says her information is explosive and that Dr Murray did not act alone in Michael’s death. She’s extra cautious now of the people she talks to and the places she goes. She only goes to crowded restaurants and refuses to go the supermarket when it’s dark outside.”

I suppose her testimony would have been deemed as unreliable because years before the murder and trial, to get back into the family's good graces, La Toya publicaly recanted the book as a total lie. She said she'd been forced to write the book by her controlling and physically abusive ex-husband and manager, Jack Gordon. Gordon, was an ex-convict with high-level mob ties that even Papa Joe was scared of.
To testify in the Spector trial, La Toya would have had to recant her previous recantation. If she were to go back and say that the parts about Phil Spector were true, then she would have also had to say that the parts she wrote about her family were true. Call me "detective," but I always suspected that Spector may have paid La Toya and the family to STFU.

Pity for her! Maybe, the drugs that she had took had affected her so much! Well, drug is still the issue about many celebrities in different fields. In fact, there was talk of an extremely annoying, racist, blowhard with a prescription drug problem and barely any education join the ranks of NFL owners, and Jim Irsay, owner of the Indianapolis Colts, did not like it. Jim Irsay doesn't support Rush Limbaugh (did we mention the pills and no education?) becoming an owner in any capacity of the Rams. Limbaugh says opposition to his bid is because of Democrats, further displaying a lack of cognizance, rationality, and a further lack of the absence of drugs from his system. (We might mention that he likes pills – and racism!) Jim Irsay, and rightly so, would have Limbaugh get a personal loan for something else and to stay out of the NFL.

The thing is i never paid attention to Latoya until the last couple of years.
Call me crazy but I saw Latoya on BB UK and i liked her. I'm not going to say how I feel about this MJ thing (I like MJ a lot) because everyone will think I'm nuts....but I don't believe this, what she is saying. Basically......I just think it's odd that this dr is still on the loose if this all happened....but I don't really know what to believe.
Det. LaToya certainly looks and acts the part of "crazy" at times. But, the truth is that a lot of what she says, however far-fetched, often rings true.
In the early 90's, she wrote an autobiography about growing up as a Jackson. In it, she says a lot of negative things about her family, including that Papa Joe was verbally and physically abusive. At that time, however, the public was still very much in love with the Jackson clan and didn't want to believe anything bad said about them.
The rest of the Jacksons circled wagons and publicly labeled her as a delusional nutcase bent on revenge against them because they had cut her off financially because of her poor romantic choices. They basically disowned her, and she was estranged from them for years.
Anyway, in that same book, LaToya also wrote in detail about how Phil Spector, acting out a romantic obsession he had for her, had held her captive in his mansion, where for days he mentally tortured and threatened to kill her. Her claims about Phil Spector were ignored, even by the police. Well, years later, just look at how the whole Spector and woman in mansion thing turned out.
