The secret to abuelita is adding about a tablespoon of heavy cream and stirring the shit out of it...que rico...I also add it to my Chile con Carne, when I let the Chile simmer and reduce, about 15 minutes before serving it... I get huge raves ! VIVA Abuelita!

It's not TOO sweet, but sugar is the first ingredient. I'd say it's less sweet than US instant chocos; and the directions say to sweeten to taste.
