Lots of overweight people are fighting their emotional and mental issues, loneliness, abuse, self-esteem issues, fears, etc... with food.

It's sad but nonetheless true: I feel for most overweight people - if they had the resources to lose the fears, abuse, and all their tribulations they too would be healthier in body. It's not about overeating to eat in most cases, it's about making themselves feel "better". Unfortunately, in the long run, they feel worse.
