This is very late to say but I'm old enough to remember that Tom Cruise had breast cancer back when he was first married to Mimi Rogers. I also very clearly recall that it was mooted in the press at the time that he'd suffered or was expected to suffer sterility by medical experts as a result because both the cancer and it's treatment were particularly aggressive.

This definitely happened and it was always the reason I assumed he'd never had children with Nicole Kidman. I'm sure Kidman had fertility treatment for the birth of her daughter but it was always odd to me that she'd never had something similar with him. I can only assume that she didn't because, quite obviously, being pregnant would require her having a sperm donor other than Cruise and she wasn't prepared to do that.

Also, while it's always difficult to say one can establish a child's parentage based on merely looking at them, in my experience and observation, you can ALWAYS pick up something of both parents in a child's face. Sometimes very obviously, other times in a very nuanced way. But ALWAYS there will be something of both parents. I have looked and looked at this child - and I personally don't give a shit whether Cruise is or isn't her father - but I genuinely can not see a single thing about him in her. Nothing.

So. I'm not one for conspiracy theories usually but people questioning all this seems entirely reasonable to me. It's not a bad thing he's sterile or what have you or even if she cut some kind of deal to be his very expensive incubator (ok, no, that is a bad thing) but what I don't like is the way this all seems to stink of some elaborate cover-up. It smacks of trying to make Cruise look like some untouchable demi god and that fucks me off.

I'm still convinced that Suri's real father is Chris Klein...

The dress I can live with b/c it's Spain and they have pretty/frilly dresses, but WTF is up with the enormous dangling earrings??

I'm 33 and don't allow MYSELF to wear big ass earrings like that. Are they trying to speed up her growth and maturity so she's in breeding age by 14???

I dont think Suri looks like the Cruise side at all which includes his mom & a pic I have seen of one of his sisters...They all seem to have long noses & faces, thin lips & their eyes are too close together. Suri doesnt have any of those features, she is definitely more like Katie.

Suri is such a beautiful little girl. She has such a feisty/diva nature to her, which on anyone else would be off putting, but on her is both charming and appropriate. I CANNOT picture her being compliant. Just looked back at old dlisted posts on Suri, she was always been pretty but has heavily improved with age. She will be a stunner, and surprisingly I find her more appealing in individuality of spirit ( as much as one can get through a picture) and beauty than Shiloh, whom looks so blase and bored. Maybe Shiloh will be more beautiful in time but the mischiveous zeal Suri seems to radiate is more pretty and charming like an elf child.

I dont get the age conspiracy theories based on Suri being so "big for a 3 year old" Tom is 5'6" (5'8" with his lifts) and Suri comes to a little past his waist putting her at maybe 3'4" or so which would put her in the 70th percentile for her age. If she was really 6 months older she would be below average height. Doesn't make much sense to me

I don't know where you got your stats, but 37 inches is the average height for a 4 year old acording to this chart. Also 40 inches is the average for a 5 year old. Average height is somewhat of an opinion. But she is closer to the average height of a 5 year old if you use this chart:

I believe the timeline is wrong but also it explains why Katie has some sort of bargaining power right now should Tommy demand a second alien baby or when her contract is up. She did manage to take a few steps on her own at least...until she got carried again! And the shoes....sure, kids love 'dress up' and playing in fancy dresses and shoes, but when it is time to go out you dress for the weather in appropriate clothing. Tough if the kids doesn't like it, that is part of the job of parenting, teaching some rules of behavior....
