I think Mila Kunis is a good guess for #2. She's in Esquire this month and this was in the article:

She can legitimately claim to be the young Angelina Jolie. A fifteen-year-old Kunis starred as the younger version of Gia, the heroin-addicted bisexual model, in HBO’s biopic. Jolie played Gia as an adult. Kunis’s parents didn’t quite know quite how lurid the movie was until it came out. “They were like, ‘What did we put you in?!’ They were as dumbfounded as I was.”

Celebitchy also said she looked tired and drawn on the red carpet for The Book of Eli. The only thing that throws me is the "role on a somewhat popular series". Unless the BI is talking about The Family Guy.

There is no way IMHO Panatroll is a drug addict. She is always running, and jumping, over and under bridges.

I don't think Jen Garner did a drug in her life. Not her either.

I like Annalynne McCord for the druggie. That has been the best guess so far.
