Yes, There's A Shiba Inu 5

I've reached a fork in the Internet road! I can either go left and forget about going outside for the next few weeks so that I can spend my every waking moment raising the new Shiba Inu webcam puppies (in my head). Or I can go right by just saying no and embracing my tar heart.

Kika, the mother of the original Shiba Inu Six, gave birth to a new litter of five on Saturday afternoon, and they have already made their debut on the webcam circuit. Just like the Shiba Inu 6, you can spend every second of the day with your eyes glued to the screen waiting for them to fart, burp, kick or piss. Who cares if your boss is about to send you to the back of the unemployment line, or if Child Protect Services is going to take your own baby away because you forgot to feed it. There are more important things. Like watching the PUPPIES make a poo. Adorable.

However, they will also leave you dead cold in a few weeks after they've sucked all the love out of you. They won't even say goodbye. They'll just stick their assholes in the camera and prance off like they don't even know who you are! Then you'll have to permanently attach yourself to a vodka bottle and give handjobs to strangers to mask the pain you feel inside. Actually, that sort of sounds like a party.

No, I won't be tricked again! I'm making a right. Besides, you know how I feel about remakes.

Uh, no sweetie, that's incorrect. I guarantee you that not one of these pups will ever end up in a shelter, getting put to sleep. These are purebreds who will be very much in demand.

The reason that we have dog breeds is so that owners can know ahead of time what sort of characteristics their dog will have, and can choose a dog that is right for them.

What you're saying is that rather than breed dogs to encourage desirable characteristics, we should just take what we find. We should adopt a dog not knowing ahead of time if it will have a violent temperament. I should just adopt a dog that could be half pit bull, and come from a long line of dogs who were bred to fight, and let it loose on my family. Now THAT is irresponsible.

Responsible breeders like these folks are not responsible for the actions of others. The fact that dogs get put to sleep every day is a tragedy, but the answer is not to stop breeding.

Are you going to follow this logic in your own reproductive endeavors? The world is full of human orphans too, so please, don't be "irresponsible" and have babies yourself. Seriously. Don't. The world will be a lot better off.

In short, you are an ignorant and sanctimonious little bitch.

They're cute and everything but right now in my life I have 2 dogs, 2 cats, 3 hamsters, a bunny and a squirrel. Before that I raised up twelve cute lil bunnies while caring for their their sex-crazed dad and diva mom; raised a pitbull with the temperament of a very friendly mountain lion and I'm not even gonna BEGIN to go on about Daytona (aka Barfly) or the Akita that ran my household for the 4 days I could manage my fear. And all of that is not even the half of it! I just find it really hard, at this particular moment, to get excited about these pups. But yes - they ARE adorable, I'll give you that:)
