Dr. Conrad Murray Will Be Charged With Manslaughter
Conrad Murray, the doctor with the common sense of a bitch on I Didn't Know I Was Pregnant, will be charged with involuntary manslaughter for his involvement in the death of Michael Jackson. Sources (aka Detective La Toya's intuition) tell ABC News that Connie will be indicted through a criminal complaint as early as this week. The sources added that when he is charged, Connie will surrender himself to the police.
Connie has been the focus of a long investigation into the death of MJ. Connie admitted that he kept feeding MJ all sorts of painkillers and anesthetics right before he died. But Connie continues to believe that he did nothing wrong. His lawyers told ABC, "We continue to maintain that Dr. Murray neither prescribed nor administered anything that should have killed Michael Jackson."
If convicted, Connie could get two to four years in the chokey.
You know Detective La Toya is at a Cache right now picking out her outfits if this goes to trial. La Toya wants to look her murder trial best when she throws Connie a "told you I'd catch you" look.

What he did after Michael died was the true crime here. Michael asked for these meds and Dr. Murray was happy to oblige. So I hope the bastard burns in hell because there will be no justice served on this earhtly plain.
Also, I can't effin believe how much Paris looks like her mom and how much Prince Michael looks like his dad. Dr. Arnie Kline is most definitely PMs dada. Poor kids. There was no saving MJ. He was on a downward spriral from his mid twenties on. If Conrad had refused him his "pain medication' he would have gone elsewhere. Sure enough this guy should never practice medicine again. Charging him with manslaughter seems a far stretch, though.
I never thought this would happen, but I'm glad that it did.
I certainly don't think the doctor wanted to kill MJ, but MJ showed him the money and his Hippocratic Oath went out the window.

Absolutely correct, Madam S. If it hadn't happened to Connie it would have been another doctor at another time. Connie just happened to be the star struck greedy one of the moment who was willing to toss his Hippocratic Oath out the window to bask in the inner circle of celebrity. It's not like he introduced MJ to the drugs, particularly the propofol. MJ was extremely experienced with their use and specifically looking for an MD who was willing to administer them when he brought on Connie. He would have searched until he found a physician who would do what he wanted them to do.
At best, Connie was incompetent and reckless with the administration of the meds and is guilty of malpractice. And I do think he needs to do some time for complying with MJ's insane demands if only to be held as an example. But IMHO, ultimately MJ's death was his own doing. He deliberately chose to indulge in behaviors he'd been warned were life threatening. Like many who have great amounts of wealth, power and fame, he thought he was immune to those consequences.
Ummm...MJ had a whole bunch of doctors. Where are the rest of them?

This was a case of malpractice..This doctor is sorry, and should do more than 4 years. If he is qualified at all ( did he actually go to med school ? ), he would have known to constantly monitor MJ under anesthesia. He is probably lying anyway, since no one else was there but him. You don't go out of the room and let the person alone without any medical supervision. My cat could have done a better job than this guy.

Anywho, all those comparing MJ to ANS? Naw...there is no evidence that ANS was ADMINISTERED a lethal amount of anything. In other words, those that PROCURED the drugs for her ostensibly did not adminster them. Also, even if they did, only one had an actual MD. Also, ANS could have administered any one of the drugs that killed her to herself. It would have been very difficult for MJ to do that with Propronol (or whatever it's called). Not only that the doc admits to ADMINISTERING the drug not just handing it over. HIS ACTIONS killed MJ. Did he mean to do it? No. Was his inexcusable negligence given his medical background nearly on par with that? I think yes.

If he had been watching him, he would have noticed when his patient stopped breathing and started to twitch! ALSO, he was not even licensed to administer the drug he was administering.
