Yup, heroin and crack. She was Whitney Houston before Whit was. Most recovering smack and crack addicts don't age so well but when you have money for every cosmetic treatment under the sun, you can easily hide or correct the outer damage. The inner stuff, well, maybe not as well.

What's up with the martini in Natalie's hand? I hope it is non-alcoholic or a photo-op prop. Not only did she have a recent transplant, as others have written, she has always identified herself as a recovering addict. Booze will bring her back to the needle. It may take a day, a month, a year or a decade but it will happen. Trust on that.
I'm not hating on her or saying that no addict can ever handle booze again but she was hardcore and has publicly put other artists/celebs down for their substance abuse and lack of sobriety.
