yes, there are guys who put all their effort into a specific muscle group and nothing else. my gym is full of those silly birds.
some are all about pecs, others about arms...and it gets to a point that they look really disproportionate if their other muscle groups are underdeveloped. I particularly hate those with HUGE upper bodies and really skinny legs. they look like they will fall face first any time soon.

Way, way way back in high school I was really into bodybuilding. Then I went to my first contest and found out all the superstars are really, really, really short. A lot of them are also quite weak, but have only 'roid fueled muscles. Glad I never made it, most the body builders I used to know walk with a cane now or have major joint problems.
