Who Is Mystery Child?
Yesterday, I posted a link to Celebitchy about a mystery child Brangelina has been carrying around in Venice. Some said it's Knox, and others said it's Shiloh. The only way mystery child could be Knox is if he snorted a bunch of magic beans, because dude is just a baby. I mean, I know he blood is laced with miracles, but I doubt he can grow that fast. Personally, I think he's going to stay a baby forever. You know, like a cherub.
So that leaves Shiloh. Let's compare mystery child with a picture of Shiloh from a couple of days ago:
Ding Ding (?). Mystery child is Shiloh. Maddox simply played beauty shop and gave her a henna rinse (or her icy blonde hair just naturally went a little darker).
Or you can continue to believe that Brad Pitt was cleaning up the house one day and found this mystery child chilling out in the drawer of a dresser. Brad shrugged and recruited mystery child to the Brangie army.
And in other Brangie news, Page Six says that they are staging photo-ops are all over Italy to show that they don't hate each other. You don't fucking say.

Why is there even any confusion ? Of course it's Shiloh ! Knox certainly hasn't grown that much in a year. Did you see how long her legs were when Brad was carrying her. Of course the boy sneakers would throw some of you off.
It would appear that they have 4 sons and 2 daughters. It's sad when your 3 year old daughter is being mistaken for a boy. This is not the first time either. The NY Daily News also thought Brad was with Knox a few weeks ago and it turned out to be Shiloh. Plus, you can clearly see that Shiloh is missing her tooth in this photo. I just think it's such a shame that she is again decked out in black and gray!! Enough already. It's depressing even looking at these children - nothing cheery about them.
Oh, and while I'm psychoanalyzing, just for fun, I wonder if Shiloh prefers dressing like a boy cause she wants to identify with her dad rather than her mom. She picked up on that something is wrong with her mom - or at least more wrong than dad. Maybe dad has warmer, more sincere feelings for her.

BTW (I got so sidetracked with the whole race thing that I forgot to make my original comment):
it IS Shiloh. Look closely at the clothes. In both pictures she's wearing a Navy blue tie inside a striped sweater. You have to look REALLY closely at the second picture, since in that one they threw on a dark coat over the outfit.
Nevermind. I just got a better look and the outfits are different.
Angie said in an interview that Zahara was jealous of Shiloh. From other interviews it became clear that Zahara has been violent with Shiloh, usually over snacks. It's not unusual behavior between siblings.
What concerns me is whether Angie was so concerned about Zahara's feelings that her bio daughter's feelings were neglected. She has stated that Brad was the one who changed her mind about having bio kids. It wasn't something she ever wanted to do since there are so many children who need adopting (something I grudgingly admire about Ang). Something seems off with Shiloh and I've never seen a picture of her laughing and smiling broadly, like I've seen of Zahara.
I felt sorry for Zahara when Shiloh was born. It's understandable that she would feel insecure since Shi looks like her parents and Z doesn't. I just wonder if Angie handled the situation in the best way since she's a bit of a mental case.

No, I get Chrisantemus. Just because he/she was the first to directly address race doesn't mean that there aren't (loaded historic) racial dynamics at play in the depiction (or dubious reporting) of Zahara as the angry child or the dark child jealous of the blonde girl. As well as our readiness to believe this representation -- of black Zahara as unreasonably angry and blonde Shiloh as incredibly weak and in need of protection -- which really has no factual basis. That said, Zahara *could've* knocked Shiloh's tooth out because all of this is true or simply because these people have too many children to supervise and they run wild! No malice, just an accident. Ever since Shiloh was born (her first magazine cover had her wearing boy clothing), she's been dressed like a little boy. I feel like Ange wanted Shiloh to be born a boy, and when she had a girl instead, she tried to make Shiloh her "little boy". Now that Ange is older and more mature, she's realized the error of her ways, but it's too late now, as Shiloh has grown accustomed to being mommy's little boy. I think tomboys are cute, when they -aren't brainwashed from birth- to be the opposite gender because of an unfilled wish from a parent. The same goes for dads that wish that their daughters were born male. It's just wrong.
Babies are cute little blobs, had one, and my nephew lost both his front teeth at two years old while running down the driveway and falling onto his face and we just got used to it until his adult teeth grew in. This kid dresses as she wants, within reason. She has her own little style and I likes it.
