Kate Winslet And Sam Mendes Have Quit Each Other
Kate Winslet and Sam Mendes have gone their separate ways after 7 years of marriage. Kate and Sam quietly broke up earlier this year after they realized their love died when they moved to the suburbs of Connecticut. Why didn't they just go to Paris?! Why did Kate have to try to abort her own baby?! WHY?! WHY?! Note: That's the plot of a movie, that isn't real-life. I think.
Kate and Sam issued this diplomatic statement through a lawyer:
"Kate and Sam are saddened to announce that they separated earlier this year. The split is entirely amicable and is by mutual agreement. Both parties are fully committed to the future joint parenting of their children."
Just because Kate Winslet broke up with her husband doesn't mean she's going to dive to the bottom of the ocean to grab Leonardo DiCaprio's hand and bring him back to shore with her so they can live happily ever after. That shit was jut a movie! Yes, Kate and Leo are always dry humping on each other at awards shows, but that doesn't mean anything. They are just best girlfriends. Besides, Leonardo DiCatchaho only dates women he can order through the Sports Illustrated catalog.

What is wrong with her nose? Every feature on her is large so I think it blends in well and makes her more memorable as a beautiful woman. She works it well.
I like her curves, too. I think she is just a uniquely beautiful woman as opposed to some manufactured one (such as Megan Fox - who is beautiful but a boringly created beauty with nothing unique) and I like her curves, too.
Of course she won't be as typically considered beautiful as she was 10 or more years ago, she got older. Older women are not considered as beautiful as fresh young 20-somethings. Some of you fucknuts need to get a reality check to the real world and how beauty is perceived.

I feel nothing about this split. I never saw 'American Beauty'. I hated 'The Road to Perdition'. I skipped 'Revolutionary Road' because while I loved the book, I had no interest in watching it unfold on the screen. Once was grim enough, thanks. I liked her well enough but I fucking loathed 'The Reader'. I had to talk myself out of not walk out at least three times. Never have I been so bored while watching a movie with so much gratuitous sex. Seeing her with Melissa Leo's rightful Oscar enrages me. Seriously. Flames on the side of my face.

I agree with the whole "what arty British people think they know about American suburbs." It was an exaggerated suburban-ness, and that was probably the point, but American Beauty would have been more profound if it were more realistic. I don't hate the movie, but I wasn't blown away by it either.
Kate annoys the hell out of me when she talks about her body and complains every time she's photographed for a magazine, but overall she's okay. Her appearance on "Extras" was hilarious.
