Muska I think the ex-psycho is behind this. She probably figured if she gets this loon to say she slept with Jesse, that his marriage will be over. That all of the drama coming from this is not good for her daughter. That with Sandra being gone Jesse can not longer provide a stable home.

She wants Jesse to look bad in the eyes of the court so she gets her daughter back. Remember she thinks that Sandra wants to take her place as Sunny's mother cause she supposedly can't have children of her own. I think she wanted to hurt Sandra because she hates her. This whole thing seems to me to be a very stringent well-executed plan.
