Yeah, i agree Goldshift. I always feel bad for Soon-yi when I see her. She always looks so shy and a little out of it. You get the feeling that most people treat her as a non-entity.

He didn't like his sentence. The prosecution asked for a slap on the wrist. The judge decided he needed more time. That was within the judge's bounderies. Just because the prosecution cuts a deal with his defense lawyers does not mean the judge can't give a defendent more time in prison. Back then, judges had more wiggle room...and it worked BOTH ways. The prosecution could accept a plea and as such expect lienency from the judge at sentencing. That's how it normally works, like clock work...BUT the JUDGE decides the sentence...max or min. Back then a lot of them had carte blanche to sentence them as they saw fit. The judge sentenced him to the max. Pervlanski didn't like that, so he skipped town. He didn't serve a second of his actual sentence...If he had, HE WOULD HAVE BEEN INCARCERATED and UNABLE TO SKIP TOWN. When he was ARRESTED he MAY have spent some time in jail before he made bail (if he did... and I'm willing to bet money that he did), BUT THAT WAS NOT HIS SENTENCE....Would he get credit for that time on his actual sentence? Yeah, maybe...but it DID NOT equal his sentence. Bitch did the crime and he needs to do the time...The rest of us whores who didn't direct Oscar winning movies (and wouldn't have had the resources to flee the country and hold up in a country which doesn't have an extridition treaty with the US even if we were so inclined) would. Yeah, he made pretty pictures on a screen which made people feel stuff for two hours, so he should get away with drugging and ass fucking a 13 year old...Yeah, all well and cool until that 13 year old is YOUR daughter...right?

As a director he also had a relationship with a 17-yr-old actress. Then of course there was Soon-yi, whom he'd known since she was a little girl. I even remember her in "Hannah and her Sisters". Of course both Woody and Soon-yi insist their relationship was never father-daughter-like, but Allen's only son has publicly claimed that "He's my father married to my sister. ...I cannot have a relationship with my father and be morally consistent...I lived with all these adopted children, so they are my family. To say Soon-Yi was not my sister is an insult to all adopted children."

So sad. I don't understand how Soon-yi wants to spend her life with this gross fuck. What goes on in her head?

There is something very strange about Woody Allen. The man is 34 years older than his “stepdaughter”. His current paramour, Mia Farrow, finds naked pictures of their “stepdaughter” that Allen has taken and that relationship suddenly ends. He has been perceived by the public to be in father figure capacity since the “stepdaughter” was 10 years old. In the custody hearing Farrow accuses Allen of sexually molesting another of their adopted children. The charges get thrown out because they are inconclusive. WTF, money talks!! If you’re looking for a text book definition of pedophilia you won’t get it from Allen. I am not a “can do no wrong Hollywood fat cat director”, but to me this seems far fucking worse. One can try to explain it all away but the matter is totally REPULSIVE; any non Hollywood family would have had CPS all up in its ass.

How is her situation comparable with Polanski or Allen? Traci Lords lied about her age, provided a fake i.d., and appeared in pornos whilst she was underaged. Legally and morally, one could argue there was a grey area. The participants truly had no idea she was underaged. While they were having sex with a minor, there was nothing to prove they were aware of it which is probably why they never had charges against them.

In contrast, Polanski plead guilty to drugging and raping someone-a crime whether the victim is 13, 31, or 100.

Allen had an affair with his kids' sister. Her mother claims she was underaged when it happened. Regardless of whether she was of age, many feel what Allen did was wrong not because of her age but because of his relationship to her.

Sorry, but I fail to see what the Traci Lords example has to do with this.
