Bitch Effed Up Again
Judge Marsha (aka Judge Not The One) just put out a bench warrant for Lindsay Lohan's arrest, because the dumb bitch violated the terms of her probation 5 times over. Judge Marsha ordered the warrant this afternoon after an emergency hearing regarding LiLo's SCRAM bracelet going off during the MTV Movie Awards on Sunday night.
TMZ has the details:
Lindsay was on probation when she failed to appear in court last month. At that point, Judge Revel revoked her probation and set bail at $100,000. In return for bail, Lindsay promised to appear for a hearing on the probation violation -- set for July 6. Because of the SCRAM incident, the $100,000 bail has now been forfeited. Instead of throwing Lindsay in jail pending the July hearing, the judge is allowing her to post new bail -- set at $200,000, so she can remain free. Lindsay's SCRAM bracelet generated a report to SCRAM officials sometime after the MTV Movie Awards Sunday night. Sources say the SCRAM data shows evidence of alcohol.
LiLo swears on her favorite coke spoon that she didn't drink a drop of the sweet nectar that night and doesn't know why her SCRAM started hollering. Maybe Michael Lohan miniaturized himself, took a swim in a glass full of vodka and then rolled all around LiLo's SCRAM when she wasn't looking. That must be it. It's always a set-up!
Bitch isn't going to be thrown in a jail cell tonight, so you'll have to save your dance of happiness for another time.
UPDATE: LiLo paid 10% of the bail and so the bench warrant has been snatched back. Party at LiLo's tonight!

To everyone asking why a judge can order someone not to drink:
Alcohol is not a basic human right. If you are suspected in a DUI a judge can decide that you are a risk. You can't be trusted until you are convicted or proven innocent. They have the authority to put public safety before Lindsay's happy hour. Yes, even if she doesn't have a license. How many times have people killed people while they were driving on a suspended license?

A court order is a decision issued by a Judge in court of law, directing that a party meet a certain set of criteria in order to NOT be incarcerated while awaiting a final judgement in a case. Lohan is a probationer awaiting judgement in a CRIMINAL Case. DUI is a misdemeanor CRIME. This is serious shit Lohan is a second offense DUI offender, CA is a "three strikes you're out state". Third strike DUI is a felony. In Lohan's case the current set of criteria is no alcohol, wear the SCRAM and finish the classes before the next court date. But that can change just as fast as lies fly out of this morons mouth.
Oh yeah and the bail. Well as I recall with this new warrant, she posts 10% and the bail bondsmen posts the rest. She made some bondsmen and the court very happy campers.
To everyone who thinks the judge is being too harsh, this is all I have to say: Lose just ONE person you care about to a drunk driver and you'll change your mind. A good friend of mine was hit so hard in his vehicle by a drunk driver that he literally RAN OVER the top of the car and crushed to death him, his aunt, and his cousin. The only one who survived was his uncle who had happened to step out of the car to switch seats with his wife.

The point is that LiLo is still driving, even when drunk or without a license. That is why she is where she is today.
It's not like the police just stopped some random person on the streets and searched her. They stopped her when she was driving without license and stoned.
That being said, I never believed that USA was so soft on its junkies. Here, she would have faced five years. And we give ten years to killers!

well im not totally sure what you are referring to but i dont think she has driven for quit some time. in my world a first time dui'r would have a 1 year suspension and a second timer would have a life suspension with a felony conviction. i think the us is waaay tooo soft on drunk drivers. no one should be driving even if they have only one. and it is a very common misconception you cant get a dui unless you are .08 or above. they can for ANY bac. the only thing police have to do is prove you are impaired, and a person is impaired at ANY bac. There are many people with dui convictions below .08 bac.
@get serious: Here's hoping that her next judge reads your comment. Taking responsibility for her actions doesn't seem to be Lohan's strong suit.

Probably too late for you to read, but...
Blohan is on probation for her 2nd DUI conviction, and probation has been extended in order for her to complete those classes. The hearing she didn't show up for was to determine if she was in compliance with the probation for that conviction. Her failure to appear could have resulted in immediate incarceration for failing to appear, but she wanted to be freee! so her attorney asked for bail. The judge set the terms of her bail for the failure to appear at 100K and no drinking, including the SCRAM, until her rescheduled probation violation hearing in July. She didn't HAVE to accept that, but since the judge could have put her in jail otherwise, she accepted these terms.
I don't know why the judge wanted her wearing the SCRAM/not drinking, but if I was the judge, my justification would be this: she should have completed the DUI program long ago, as it was part of her punishment for breaking the law, but she's not taking it seriously. If she can't be trusted to abide by the law that requires her to fulfill her punishment, she can't be trusted to NOT drink and drive, regardless of the status of her license. The only way to ensure that she doesn't drink and drive is to make sure she isn't drinking.
The judge's requirement of the SCRAM may be saving a life. Maybe not Lindsay's, but some poor "nobody" Blohan could kill.

I expect that, whenever BLOWhan finally admits she has a problem (which could be years from now), she'll say "I'm sick". Let me be pre-emptive & say that alcoholism is an addiction, not an illness. The difference is, an illness is not your responsibility. You get sick, you don't choose to. Addictions, however, are a direct result of actions you've taken. And continue to take. Nobody is forcing you to take that drink or that snort; you CHOOSE to do so. I know, you're body is telling you "drink that", but you can say no, unlike a sickness. Alcoholics annonymous is built on taking this responsibility & resisting your body's urges.
So, when she starts in with "I have an illness", remember that, while it sounds like a real step forward, it's another way for her to avoid taking responsibility for her actions. She'll never get clean until she says she has an addiction. Being a recovering alcoholic & in AA, I know all about this firsthand...
