Not Only In My Dreams: Tiffany & Debbie Gibson In A Movie Together!
The Hollywood Reporter brings us the highly important news that international superstars (Just pretend we're back in the 80s! Life is more fun that way!) Tiffany and Debbie Gibson will battle it out in the Syfy original Saturday night movie Mega Python vs. Gatoroid! ! Debbie will play a dumb bitch animal-rights activist who releases illegally imported snakes into the wild where they grow into mega sizes. Tiffany will play a park ranger who is trying to save the endangered alligators from the mega snakes. Of course, it takes place in Florida. And I really hope that New Kids on the Block catering sign makes a cameo.
Debbie has previously starred in the Syfy movie Mega Shark vs. Giant Octopus, and Tiffany was in Mega Piranha. One of the executives at Syfy promises that there will a scene where the two brawl in a party and take it to the swamp. Unfortunately, the executive didn't promise a scene where the two dance-off to a mega mix of "I Think We're Alone Now (Except For That Mega Python Who Keeps Giving Us Eyes)" and "Out of the Blue....Comes A Gatoroid To Eat Us".
Debbie Gibson + Tiffany + the shittiest special effects ever created on a DOS machine = GOLD COVERED GOLD!

My favorite part in Mega Shark vs Giant Octopus was when the Shark jumped up in the air to eat the airplane. Mega Pirahna was kinda lame, but I cannot wait to see this movie.

As an expert in things that are so terrible that they are good this news excites me.
I remember about 10 years ago Tiffany was doing a "tour" of college campuses and I ditched class just to see what the hell she was up to. It was realy sad, super small crowd BUT to this day I remember enjoying my Togo's sandwich while watching....
Oh God PLEASE let there be a scene where Debbie begins singing "Shake your love" and the Gatoroid flys when the fury of 3 atom bombs from the rivers floor and swallows her whole. It would be at this point that Tiff begins humming "I think we're alone now" while stroking mega python into slumber.

I co-sign that! Although I was never a fan of either one of these twerps, I would KILL to have this be what is popular versus the shit parade that is out there now (Lady Caca, Miley Syphilis, Rihanna, Special Needs Child a/k/a Kesha/Kecha, whatever her dumb name is, etc.).
Can you imagine touring shopping malls?!? Tiffany must be proud to this day that she owned that schtick! At least Debbie Gibson could play piano and wrote songs that weren't as stupid as the audio turds getting churned out these days in the pop world.
My favorite SyFy movie was the one where huge birds were attacking everybody and the bad boy volunteered to kill them -- and himself -- at the end.
