Jennifer Saunders Battling Breast Cancer

Not Eddie Monsoooooon! AbFab's Jennifer Saunders, the woman I would give my last drop of vodka to if she asked for it, has been battling breast cancer for the past 8 months. Don't run down to the university to get that bitch troll Saffy to open up a can of heartache just yet, because the BBC reports that Jennifer has been told by her doctors that the cancer is in remission after undergoing months of treatment.

Jennifer was recently seen at Wimbledon wearing a bandana and a wig. This caused a few nosy hos to start speculating shit.

Jennifer's rep said she won't talk about it and never will, so just leave the "Get better, sweetie darling" card from Lacroix on her doorstep and keep walking.

That was one of my favorites too, but they didn't buy any door handle. IIRC, She remembered the door handle from a museum door or something, and they went on a big trip to NY to find it and take a polaroid picture of it so she could have her designer buy one and have her whole kitchen designed around it, and this was months after Patsy had burned down the kitchen. And then in her absence, Saffy had the whole kitchen remodelled, but Pats and Ed didn't even notice when they got back (although something seemed different, they couldn't say what). That is now how I approach any home decorating project now.

@ dementa - Thanks for the Vivienne Vyle tip. I don't do TV anymore so I am out of the circuit. I will try to rent or youtube it. I am going through radiation treatments myself right now but prefer not to tell many people because I am looking and feeling good otherwise and that is what counts. It is a fine line to negotiate between pity and support. I love her work and look forward to seeing that program and hope for many more in the future.
