A Victory For Home Wreckers!
Siohvaughn Wade, the estranged wife of Dwayne Wade, filed a lawsuit against his girlfriend Gabrielle Union a few months ago for causing emotional distress to her children by doing ho shit (Yes, that's the official legal term in Illinois) in front of them. In her lawsuit, Siohvaughn claimed that Dwayne and Gabrielle's display of "sexual foreplay" in front of her boys caused one them to lose some of his hair due to stress.
The lawsuit made some of the professional home wreckers out there shake in their house stompin' heels, but they don't have to shake anymore! The Toronto Sun reports that a judge has shit all over the lawsuit it and officially dismissed it. The judge cited "improper jurisdiction" which translates into: Bitch, handle your own mess.
Gabrielle's lawyer had this to say outside of the court house in Illinois: "The allegations against Ms. Union are completely false and do not belong in the Illinois Court System."
That means Sienna Miller, Fantasia and LeAnn Rimes can keep on running their bull dozer vaginas through planned community after planned community without having to worry about a stupid lawsuit clogging up their motors. Victory!

Yeah, I used to think Gabby was cute and seemed nice enough...she showed a lot of people how wrong they were about her. She's just another Hollywood gold digging, get-over queen. I actually felt for her when it all went down and Gabby and her husband let it be known that they had no problem disrespecting her while trying to make themselves look like a loving couple in the media. When that mess continued I thought she should have cut that fucker loose ASAP and then booked time on Oprah to put all of his "dirty" on blast. Am conflicted on this issue. I dont think one should fool around or get frisky in front of children. Especially when you know the parents of said kids had abitter divorce. That affects kids in all sort of ways. Yes each parent has a right to move on and live their life but as a girlfriend u really cant wait until the kids r not around to get fucked?
My coworker's wife died in his 12 yr old son's arms. In less than a year, my co-worker moved in with a woman (who is a bitch for unrelated reasons)and his son couldnt stand the girlfriend. This fucken bitch told my coworker that his son couldnt live with them. I suggested they go to family counseling since the son (1) is still grieving the loss of his mother and (2) this girlfriend refuses to work with the kid.
The girlfriend refuses b/c it wasnt her kid. How freaking callous can you be.
To me, if you love someone you should at leat like his kids. I understand that sometimes the kids will never like the parent's new partner but at the very least you as an adult should try to build a relationship or at least understand the kids' position.
