Totally agree. 80% your diet, 20% your workout. I told someone once your diet will determine how small you get but your workout will determine how good that smaller body looks. By in large, I believe that true.

When exercising (which I don't do frequently) you have to only eat proteins when youre hungry bc if you come home from a workout and eat what ur body is craving (which is like a big pile of pasta) u just wasted all that time exercising bc it will come right back on!

No I mean it's both if you want to look toned, but for losing weight period, you have to modify diet or not eat any more calories no matter how hungry exercise makes you. Unfortunately, many people eat more when exercising, which makes weight loss difficult. They don't realize that control of diet is more an issue than fitness is for weight loss (not for looking "hot").

You can eat better and lose weight but develop no muscle tone and, then end up skinny fat like blondie over here - it's really only exercise that reshapes your body to look long and strong. And if you've never exercised and you start and DON'T change your eating, you'll see a difference pretty quick - you just can't get very far like that.

she looks good. i understand what chicks go through when they lose weight because landwhale has done it several times over the years. she is commonly a size 14-16 but there have been times she has dieted her way down to a very small size. she always gains it back. they always do unless they totally comitt to a life of low calorie eating behaviors. when she got skinny she would be ridding that pink cloud and going crazy shopping and going out "to be seen". it's totally natural. i understand it. i firmly believe there are three types:
1) women who are naturally skinny and can pretty much eat what they want and remain very thin. this is extremely uncommon.
2) women who aren't neccessarily naturally thin but don't take a like to overeating. that accounts for the vast majority of permanently thin women.
3) women who love to eat and struggle always. women like this must make a concious, concerted effort to eat low calorie everyday and make it a permanent lifestyle. if they don't they will gain back.
and it is just that simple, folks. that's all you need to know. a multibillion dollars industry summed up in several lines.

Poor Kelly still can't get rid of those chunky arms/legs/calves, and pudding head. She seems to be naturally stocky, or nuggety. So even though she's lost alot of weight her stocky/nuggety bits - arms, legs, etc - still remain.
Her head is fucking beyond huge! I feel sorry for her, because nothing, NADA can fix that. She may be able to have her lantern jaw shaved down, but that noggin ain't gonna change baby!
I think she looks much better than before. The weight loss still doesn't look normal (what method did she use?) but if she maintains this weight for a couple years, I think her weight will distribute properly and it'll be good. I think it's funny that she still has chipmunk cheeks because if I lose weight, it always comes off the face first, then the boobs. Maybe that's still her youthful baby fat? How old is she anyway?
