I think this video was from a Raquel Welch tv special. I remember seeing it when I was a kid --- maybe around 1969-70 or so? It can't be much older than that since those sculptures they're dancing around are the Ruta de la Amistad project created for the 1968 Olympics in Mexico City. (Yes, in addition to being a student of trash culture, I'm also a little bit of an art geek.)
