I hate how Joan has always treated Peggy like crap. I think because she is good to Sterling, Cooper, and Draper and they look down on the flunkies too she gets a pass. Plus she seems to be really intelligent and a good worker. But if I was a fellow female worker there I probably wouldn't like Joan.

I just started getting into watching Mad Men. It's a great show, but fuck, in the 60s if there was a secretary/office manager that was that bitchy, wouldn't she have been fired? Or does she feel like she's safe since she had a previous relationship with Roger?
And now that I watch the show, Hendricks looks about 1000 times better on that show than any interview or photo I've seen of her in real life.
